What you need to know about roads and motorways in East Sussex

East Sussex has no motorways, so most travel is via A-roads such as the A27, which runs east–west linking Brighton to Eastbourne and beyond. Speed limits for motorhomes over 3.05 tonnes are 50 mph on single carriageways and 60 mph on dual carriageways. Many rural lanes in the High Weald and around Ashdown Forest are narrow and winding, so a campervan can be easier to manoeuvre than a large motorhome in these areas. There are no toll roads in the county. Lay-bys and car parks along the A259 coastal route offer convenient rest stops with sea views.

The experience was seemles from start to finish. Handover was very straightforward with all the major information required exchanged. Fabian the owner remained available during the trip for any issues that may arise. The vehicle was as advertised and in very good condition. Very nice camping caravan, equipped with everything that you could need. The return process was straightforward when returning vehicle. Also my car was kept securley stored at the location for arrival and drop off. Overall very good experience and i would highly recommend and use again in the future.
