Reus sits just 13 km inland from the Costa Daurada coastline and is the birthplace of Antoni Gaudí, whose legacy is celebrated at the Gaudí Centre, an interactive museum dedicated to the architect's life and work. The city's Plaça del Mercadal forms a lively heart surrounded by impressive modernista façades, many designed by Lluís Domènech i Montaner and other Catalan architects. You can follow the Ruta del Modernisme to admire buildings such as Casa Navàs, Institut Pere Mata and Casa Gasull, each showcasing ornate stained glass and ironwork. Tarragona, with its UNESCO-listed Roman amphitheatre, lies only 15 km to the south-west, making it an easy day trip. The surrounding Camp de Tarragona plain is dotted with vineyards, hazelnut groves and olive orchards, offering gentle terrain that suits larger vehicles well. Salou's beaches are a short 10 km drive, while the Prades Mountains rise to the north-west with forested trails and medieval villages. Hiring a campervan or motorhome through Yescapa connects you directly with local owners in the Reus area, so you benefit from personal tips on the best routes, quieter parking spots and seasonal recommendations. Reus enjoys a Mediterranean climate that makes it welcoming throughout the year. The Festa Major de Sant Pere in late June fills the city with castellers, correfocs and live music, while the Fira de Sant Llorenç in August brings local produce and craft stalls to the centre. Spring and early autumn are ideal for campervan touring, with comfortable driving temperatures and quieter campsites along the Costa Daurada. Summer is the most popular season, so booking your motorhome early on Yescapa gives you the widest choice from local owners at competitive peer-to-peer prices. Reus also hosts a lively Christmas market in December, perfect for a cosy winter road trip.

The area around Reus offers a fine selection of coastal and inland campsites, most located along the Costa Daurada between Salou and Mont-roig del Camp. Many sites provide spacious pitches with electrical hook-ups, fresh water, waste disposal and modern shower blocks suitable for both campervans and motorhomes. Whether you prefer a beachfront spot with direct sea access or a quieter site set among pine trees, you will find well-equipped options within a short drive of Reus.
Reus has several large car parks that can accommodate campervans and motorhomes. Street parking in the city centre is limited in size, so using peripheral car parks is the most practical option. Overnight parking in public areas is generally permitted unless signposted otherwise, but setting up camp furniture or awnings outside a designated campsite is not allowed under local regulations. Always check height barriers before entering underground or covered car parks.
Everyting more than perfect, happy to welcome you again!
Amazing renters, welcome again )
We rented this camper van for a two-week trip through the Alps and southern france, it was fantastic from start to finish. The van was reliable and easy to drive, even on the steep, winding alpine mountain roads. It also performed exceptionally well on the motorways, with cruise control making the longer journeys comfortable and stress-free. The layout was perfect for two people. The rear seating folds out to a bed and pop-top roof bed provided plenty of space and privacy when sleeping. During the day, the seating area and well-equipped kitchen made the van feel comfortable and practical, while the retractable awning was great for relaxing outside on warm evenings. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. On arrival, they took the time to explain all the features of the van and made sure we were comfortable before setting off. The return process was just as easy and straightforward. Overall, this is a fantastic camper van owned by a lovely family. We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend both the van and its owners to anyone looking for a memorable campervan adventure. We would happily rent from them again in the future.
Incredibly easy- Hector was there to talk us through everything. He was happy to answer all of our questions and gave us excellent practical advice. We felt fully supported abd it gave us a real confidence boost when we took control of the camper. We had to contact Hector during out trip sbout the van and he was on hand and easy to engage with. Ditto with our drop off. We loved using the camper: it was confortable and easily accommodated our family of 5 (including two teenagers!). It was a wonderful way to explore the Basque Country and we would definitely be up for doing it again.
Tuvimos una gran semana con la furgo, yo y dos hijos adultos. El dueño Samu fue de mucha ayuda por mensajes de texto para extra preguntas mientras estuvimos fuera, y nos llevó a la estación después de devolver la furgo
We had a lovely trip. The van has absolutely everything you need, and Pedro and Davids were so helpful and kind. Would recommend this van!
