Oregon offers a superb network of state park campsites spread from the Pacific coast to the high desert interior. Many sites provide full hook-ups, dump stations and hot showers, making them suitable for both campervans and larger motorhomes. Coastal parks tend to fill quickly in summer, so booking ahead is wise. Inland, you will find quieter spots near rivers, forests and volcanic landscapes, often with generous pitch sizes and easy access from main highways.
Oregon has no toll roads, so you can travel the entire state without worrying about toll booths or passes. Interstate 5 runs north–south through the Willamette Valley, while Interstate 84 follows the Columbia River Gorge eastward. Speed limits for motorhomes and larger vehicles are generally 90 km/h (55 mph) on highways and 105 km/h (65 mph) on rural interstates, though always check posted signs. Rest areas are well spaced along major routes and often include free overnight parking for self-contained vehicles. Mountain passes on US-20 and US-26 can see winter closures, so check ODOT TripCheck before setting off.
Beyond happy with the whole experience. The motorhome was very comfy and had everything we needed for our little girls camping trip. More importantly the owners were extremely friendly and beyond helpful at all times with the vehicle, the routes, the airport pickups and dropp offs and many many more things! All and all very happy with this experience!
The experience was seemles from start to finish. Handover was very straightforward with all the major information required exchanged. Fabian the owner remained available during the trip for any issues that may arise. The vehicle was as advertised and in very good condition. Very nice camping caravan, equipped with everything that you could need. The return process was straightforward when returning vehicle. Also my car was kept securley stored at the location for arrival and drop off. Overall very good experience and i would highly recommend and use again in the future.
We really enjoyed our travels around Brittany in Clarisse's camper van. It was comfortable and easy to drive and had everything we needed for our holiday. Clarisse explained everything clearly to us before we set off.
