Why have I not received the documents for my hire?

We'll send you the necessary documents (rental contract & proof of insurance) once the following conditions have been met:


  • Confirmation and payment of your booking
  • All your uploaded documents have been verified and validated by our team
  • The owner's documents have been validated.

You can find the documents to print off prior to your rental directly from your profile, by logging in and clicking on My trips > Review my booking

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have not received all the necessary documents 72 hours prior to departure.
