If you can no longer travel, or if the owner has informed you of an issue with the vehicle preventing your departure, please cancel the booking directly from your profile.
To cancel a booking and ask for any potential reimbursement, you must log on to your profile and click on My Trips.
Click on Review my Booking for the concerned hire, and click on Cancel.

Please remember! If you don't cancel your booking before the second day of the hire, the hire will be deemed as effective and the owner's remuneration will be sent to them, making a potential reimbursement impossible.
