When you send a booking request, you will see a section: " Who are you?" this allows you to introduce yourself, describe your journey and ask any questions you may have.
Please know that sending a booking request is 100% free and non-binding. You can send up to 5 requests for different vehicles during the same period. If the owner does not answer within 48 hours, you are free to send new requests.
