I've sent a request but haven't received a response yet, what happens next?

 

On Yescapa, when you send a booking request, we send it immediately to the owner by email and text message to notify them. They have two choices after receiving the request: to accept or refuse it. In both cases, you are notified about it by email and on your profile (My Trips).

We advise owners to regularly check their emails to see if they have received new requests. They have 48 hours to respond. However, that number is solely informative: some owners may forget to check their emails or to cancel the requests they can't accept.

When the 48 hours time is up, we send you an email that allows you to follow-up with the owner and to send new requests. These requests are totally free and non-binding, don't hesitate to send requests for several vehicles in order to be sure to find one that best suits your needs.

If your request was refused, you will be informed by email. If that happens, don't hesitate to send other booking requests to other owners.
