How do I receive the insurance certificate?

 

 

In order to be well insured for your trip, you must have paid for your rental and send us your identity documents.

To do this, take a photo of the following documents and add them in the "My account" section then "Owner's documents" or by clicking here:

Passport (front and back);

The front and back of your driver's licence;

A proof of address document of less than three months.

Once your documents have been validated by our support team, you will receive an e-mail with all the documents for your rental, including the insurance certificate.

Attention: We remind you that all the documents must be in the name of one and the same person and must be sent at least 48 hours (working days) before departure, otherwise it will be impossible for us to insure you for your rental.
