It is possible to edit dates kilometre package or insurance on a booking even if it has been confirmed by the renter. They may proceed to this change, up to the day before departure.
To do this, they'll have to log on to their profile and click on My Trips (please note no modification will be done by phone or email):
What modifications can they make to a booking from their account?
They must cancel their current booking request and renew it with the correct dates or kilometres. You will then receive a new request from them.
Date shift: We can shift the rental dates. An email from the tenant and the owner must be sent to us to allow the dates of the stay to be changed, which will be at the same price and under the same conditions.
Special cases: Deleting a day, reducing your kilometres, or change of dates (same amount of days only) after payment:
No changes can be made to a booking after payment. This includes requests to remove days, decrease kilometers, or adjust dates. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your transaction.
