Jeremie was brilliant from the start. Informative, helpful, and gave continued support throughout the trip if we needed a hand. I highly recommend the van as it was perfect for our drives around the Pyrenees . Thanks again Jeremie.

Emeline was on vacation when we rented the van, but her stand-in ensured that we had an excellent and safe experience for our first rental on Yescapa. The pick-up process was smooth, with a thorough explanation of all the vehicle's details, making us feel confident and well-prepared for our journey. The van itself was in great condition, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. Communication was clear and responsive, and any questions we had were promptly addressed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Yescapa again. Highly recommended!

Chantelle kindly rented out the camper to us last minute after my desperate plea and I knew from just her messages, how much she cared about ensuring we had a wonderful experience and how much she loves Erl. It's a cracking van, great for children and has all the facilities we needed. Chantelle was on hand for a query and I was reassured by how approachable she was as I hadn't driven a van of such size in a while. We would love to have Erl again and my son is counting down the days til he can stay in the "CAMPERVAN!"

Everything was good, owner was very nice and helpful, Van was clean and very good condition only thing during our trip AC broke down and it was quite hard to drive without it but overall everything was great. Recommend. 👍

The owners were very quick to respond to any communication from us and very accommodating with our travel plans and needs. Rowan gave us a thorough familiarisation with the vehicle and all its technicalities and said to contact him if we had any difficulties at all. We didn’t need to as he had covered everything. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. The van drives beautifully and is well equipped. Thank you so much.

I recently rented a campervan from Vincent, and it was an awesome experience! The van was super clean, and everything worked perfectly, which made our trip very smooth. Vincent was really friendly and went out of his way to be helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. If you're thinking of renting a campervan, I can recommend this one! 😊

This jeep and roof tent is perfect! So easy to put up, clean, efficient, everything you need for an adventure. We camped ’wild’ for a week, changing places every night and this made it so easy. Marc-Antoine was so helpful - he went out of his way to get the van ready when our original rental (through another host) broke down and died on us leaving us stranded. His communication was perfect, and he was full of tips on secret places to camp, etc

The whole experience has been great. Mateu has been available throughout the trip and the van was great. Perfect size for the 3 of us. With little restrictions on where to park due to the size of the van.

Davy, the owner was very approachable and quickly replied to all our questions, communication was excellent with him. We received the campervan in a perfectly equipped, clean state and he walked us through all the necessary equipment-handling knowledge. Since the van is about 20 years old, it lacked some things newer vehicles include (air con, good headwind sealing), but we believe this is reflected in the rental price. There was one error with the connection of the battery which we had to hot-fix a couple of times, but we informed Davy about it and most likely it has been resolved since. Other than that, everything worked just fine and we had an amazing trip! Would fully recommend Davy and Balty.
