Uma experiência espetacular proporcionada pela Campers On Way.O atendimento e acompanhamento prestado foi de muito bom nivel, estando sempre disponíveis para esclarecer qualquer duvida.A carrinha estava em óptimas condições, quer de funcionamento, quer de limpeza.O processo de check-in/check-out foi feito com rigor.A repetir sem duvida!

Pedro the owner was helpful with answering questions about the reservation. Pedro was also really helpful with advisinf us where to visit etc. Sadly, our overall experience with the hire itself, wasn't as good as expected. The reasons for this, is that the listing is for a 6 berth motorhome, which we found to be misleading when we collected the vehicle in Lisbon. The diagram on the listing, clearly shows 3 x double berths which is false. There is a double over cab bed and a single bed to the rear. A bed of sorts, could be made up in the dining area, using the cushions and a home made platform for support. However, this would at best only be suitable for a small child as the total length was 145cm (4ft 9in). As we were 3 adult males, all around 6ft tall, and travelling on a surfing trip, sleeping arrangements weren't suitable and we ended up having to pay extra for hotels for 4 of our 7 night hire. The interior pictures adversited of the van, aren't of the actual van in most pictures. The fridge only worked on electric hookup, not the 12v or Gas options. The bathroom shower tray was in disrepair and quite dirty. The crockery and cutlery was very limited, 2 coffee mugs, a couple of plastic plates etc. Not enough for 3 of us, but should be equipped for 6 as advertised. There was no BBQ provided as per the advert either. So we ended up buying our own mugs and had to eat out for the entire duration. The engine management light came on a couple of times and we lost power on the motorway, but this seemed to remedy itself and didn't really impact on our travel, but we did worry we'd break down, which fortunately didn't happen. We returned the vehicle with half a tank of water, only to find we were supposed to return this full, as we did for the fuel. We were charged an addition 50 euros for this, which was of course excessive. Having our own Hymer in the UK, we always empty water tanks between trips to prevent the risk of bacteria building up in the water, so we're surprised by this. Overall, we still had a great holiday despite the issues with the hire. The motorhome, would at best be suitable for a married couple (in the overhead double berth) and 2 small children. There are only 4 seatbelts as well, so can't have more than 4, travelling safely anyhow. We were advised that we should have refused the rental on collection if unsuitable, but we wouldn't have had transport or any accommodation had we done so, so just had to deal with the situation we were presented with. A lot of the items listed as included, were also chargeable and not included. Bedding was 70 euros for the week, but we decided to take our own.

Such an incredible experience. My (4yo) son and I loved every minute. We had a few mechanical 3, but between the owner and YesCapa this was seamlessly resolved. I will be booking this van again!!

Had an amazing trip in Portugal in Joanna’s van. Very comfortable and cute home for the two of us for the fortnight we were on the road. It is an older vehichle so don’t expect to get anywhere in a hurry! It is also a manual van so make sure you know how to drive manual as older cars require a bit of extra care and patience! We had a few mechanical issues during our trip however Joanna communication and support was prompt and helpful and got us back on the road as soon as possible. Thanks so much! :)

It was very nice to rent the camper to this family. The camper came back in good condition and was left clean. They enjoyed the canper together and that's what you do it for

We hired the RV from Andrés to travel the south coast. We live in the UK and Andrés made it so easy for us. His communication was brilliant. He was always at the end of the messages with whatever we needed to ask and instructions were very clear. Everything we needed was in the van and everything was fully explained to us on how to use it. Thank you Andrés for making our trip so easy.

Gaston and his girlfriend were super nice and I would be happy to rent to them again! The handover was timely and efficient and they learnt very fast how to use the van. They returned the vehicle very clean, and that is quite an achievement in muddy November :)

This was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had in my life! Besides from Yescapa being a bit of a clunky app we soon found this listing for ‘Maui’ after being turned off renting with an RV chain company after reading bad reviews. There is a lot of social media coverage on Maui so you know exactly what you’re going to get! I made the request to rent this vehicle and Max the owner promptly replied wanting to get some info on our trip plans and general personality’s. Immediately this made me feel like I was comfortable with the owner and that I wasn’t just a number to him. You can tell they really care about the van and don’t want to rent it out to just anyone for moneys sake but so that you can really enjoy the experience and adventure with Maui. We booked months in advance and max was constantly available to help us out with trip plans and answer any questions we had. This made it such a personal and comforting experience knowing you are talking to someone who cares about their van, your experience and their country and no to a robot or an employee doing their job. Their passion for giving you the best adventure possible was unmistakable. Max contacted me a few days before the trip to make sure we were all prepped and ready to go and gave us clear instructions on where and how to meet them, they were super helpful in all aspects! Roby and Max picked us up from the train station and gave us a thorough run down of the vehicle, everything we needed to know and didn’t leave any details out, their English is also great which was helpful as our Italian is non existent unfortunately! If we forgot anything during the trip there was also a YouTube video to check in with. Maui is an old girl and vintage so she takes a little bit of time to get used to but once you are comfortable with her it’s like hanging out with an old friend. Maui drives really well and handles all terrains like a champion, smooth, safe and tough as nails! Maui is super functional, Roby and Max have thoughtfully decked her out with everything you need for your journey, not to mention super stylish! Lastly they were there to help us out all along our trip, with travel suggestions to roads to avoid to great spots to park for the night they were there to help 24/7. I can’t recommend this experience enough and the absolute best people to deal with for any rental experience. Maui is a must, she stole my heart and I’m sure she will yours. Vincent is a true Gentleman, we left our luggage on the train to his house by accident and he drove us to 2 stations until we retrieved it, it was so nice of him to do that!! The rental was great, the van had everything we needed and was great to drive!! We had so many wonderful memories from our trip and France and Switzerland are 2 absolutely stunning places!! Hope to do it again!!

Giulio & Francesca were great at communicating with us. We took the truck all over the island and it never missed a beat. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to authentically experience the island. We loved the 4x4 so much. Thank you!
