We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience from William from start to finish. Communication throughout was brilliant and William was always available to coach us through the operating instructions that we weren’t sure of to ensure we got the best out of ‘Woody’ during our family holiday.  We hired Woody for a 4 night stay in the Forest of Dean- 2 adults and 3 children. The motorhome drives like a dream and is very economical- it coped with the steep hills with ease and was perfectly manoeuvrable throughout some very tight country lanes. Inside, Woody is perfectly equipped to ensure that we had enough space and amenities to enjoy a true ‘home from home’ experience, comfortably sleeping all of us in a mixture of a huge super king size bed above the drivers cabin, a generous double in the middle and a full single bed to the rear. The motorhome was spotlessly clean and modern. I highly recommend William and Woody to anyone looking for a truly stress free experience in a reliable and comfortable motorhome.  Whilst the motorhome itself is absolutely perfect for a great holiday, for us, the way in which William looked after us really made our experience truly fantastic!

Lovely guys who looked after Bongo as if it were their own.  Would be more than happy to rent the campervan out to them again - and thanks for the CDs :)

I had an expectional experience with Miriam and Aless! We communicated frequently prior to arrival and they suggested a nice parking spot for the first night which ended up being my favorite spot! I even altered my itinerary to return there on the last night. I arrived 40 minutes later than planned but they patiently waited and, remembering that I was vegan, Miriam greeted me with a delightful local fruit basket from Herta Tropical which introduced me to a variety of fruits I had never tasted. The basket lasted my entire trip even though I ate from it daily! What a treat! The van is in great condition for the age. No issues with the engine, and a comfortable cab with a cellphone mount for navigation, usb chargers and a map of Spain. Blackout curtains are included for the cab which help control temperature and light. A leasure battery allows you to run the fridge or lights when the van is not on, the battery is charged when you drive. I did not run the fridge and was not in the van too much but in four days I never heard the inverter beep signifying the battery was low (I did a fair bit of driving). There is a shore power cord and battery operated fairy lights to ensure you won't end up in the dark.  The bed was comfortable and cozy and I did not get cold on the February nights, despite not having a lesuire heater. I brought a hotwater bottle but did not use it. The van has running water, fridge and a stove, along with all cutlery, plates, serving utinsils, spices and staples like coffee, oatmeal and the ever important reqional requirement, olive oil!  Towells, a mirror, hairdryer, chemical toilet and the ability to take an outdoor shower allowed me everything I needed in the bathroom. An outdoor table, chairs and cooler were provided as well. Not one time during my stay did I feel like I was missing something that had not been thought of.   All of this aside the van is just really cute! The conversion has been done to a high standard and it is decorated in a surfer/beach vibe. I found the van a pleasure to return to each day. I used park4night to find parking in both Granada and Seville but if I were to visit again I would choose to stay away from the cities (stealth camping) and either wild camp or camp with other RVs in order to take full advantage of the campervan's ammenities!  There was a convenient car wash across from the Motril bus station that was opened on Sunday afternoon and allowed me to clean up the van before returning it.  In the end I would highly recommend this van (and it's owners!) to anyone looking to visit the area! I will try to add some photos at a later date.

Great hiring from Andy and Rachel. They took the time to set us up with lots of practical info about how it all works and there is brilliant luxury kit in the van, like an expresso maker and DVD player the kids loved.

The camper in the ad was being worked on so the owner (Mike) let us rent out a different one and it was absolutely amazing. I was in communication with him through email where he sent me pictures of Lily (the one we actually rented) and was very quick in replying to all queries.  My boyfriend and I took Lily on a roadtrip along the Pembrokeshire Coast in Wales and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was a lovely experience getting to take a road trip in a classic. The bed was extremely comfortable and warm (we brought our own duvet but there were also several blankets in the van), the kitchen was perfect (we cooked dinner every night in the van) and there was plenty of storage space.  The only (minor) cons: Lily did find it very difficult to go up hills but this is part of the charm of having a classic VW; there's no heater so we were quite cold when driving (it was fine when we slept) but if you rent when it's warm this won't be an issue; second gear was a bit tough to get into and so caused a bit of stress but again this is part of the charm of being in a classic VW I guess :)  I would definitely recommend renting from Mike!

We had a fantastic few days living in Sergio's van! Sergio was super helpful with some great tips on where we could stay and watch out for sunrises and sunsets. The van had everything we needed for a magical few days around Tenerife and Sergio was brilliant in helping us with arrangements for collection and return! Thank you so much, we loved our time in Tenerife!

Very disappointed to find Javier has left a bad review which is not only untruthful but very bitter as well due to his reluctance to pay for the damage he caused to my motorhome!! I went out my way to pick them up from the airport free of charge and whilst driving them back to my house to sort out the paper work I witnessed his son take a piece of chewing gum out his mouth and stick it to the underside of the dining table which I found very disrespectful. I pointed this out at the time and his wife snapped at me in Spanish I do not know what she said as I didn’t understand her but I know she was not happy and from then on she was very rude. Also after the motorhome was returned I found her children had drew a picture onto the surface of the same table they had stuck the chewing gum too. On return of vehicle I was then informed by Javier he had reversed into a fence and broke the corner of the back bumper, accidents do happen and I then went out my way to take the motorhome to 3 different garages to have an estimate carried out for bumper repair, however because the bumper is plastic nobody could guarantee a repair and advised the bumper to be replaced. The bumper replacement was nearly £1200 and meaning that Javier would not receive his £900 deposit back but also I had to pay an additional £300 for the repair. Javier and his wife were very unhappy with this and pushed for a repair instead of a bumper replacement which meant I wasn’t reimbursed for 5 months after the initial damage was carried out. I’m a firm believer of you brake something you pay for it, there has been a number of things broken by previous renters and they have all been very apologetic and more than willing to pay for the damage however with Javier there was no apology and he tried very hard not to pay for the damages. I would strongly recommend that no other person allows this family to hire there motorhome!!!!

A fantastic first campervan experience from start to finish, Leo was helpful, knowledgeable and the standard of the van was exceptional! The layout was perfect for my young son, husband and I for a long weekend with family and as it was traditional British weather for part of it, it was lovley to have a cozy warm clean van to spend time in.  We are looking to rebook again this year and would highly recommend Leo.
