We had a great few days in this van. It comes well equipped. Stephen was very helpful.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Very easy to book, great communication from April and smooth pick-up and drop-off. We absolutely loved our time touring Cornwall in the van - it has everything you could ever need and is very well designed. Lots of handy storage for all your belongings and April provides everything you need for cooking and cleaning, including kettle and cafetiere and even tea/coffee, salt/pepper and a few little treats. We also hired bedding and a BBQ so that we didn't have to lug loads of stuff with us. We are a family of three - two adults and our two year old son and the van was perfect for us. Our son loved sleeping in the pop-top bed! We even extended our hire because we were having such a good time. April is an amazing host and a pleasure to deal with - even letting our son pick apples from her tree and feed her chickens to keep him entertained whist my partner dealt with van pick-up/drop-off. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely hire again in the future (if we don't have our own by then! 😉) Thanks again!  

Had the best time away in this amazing van! The whole process with April was painfree and easy, she was fab! I will defintely be reccomending to all my friends. Just the more perfect staycation imaginable.

We had a brilliant time in this lovely van.  It was spacious, clean, great to drive and had everything we needed.  Andy spent time showing us exactly how everything worked and also gave us a recommendation for an amazing campsite which was one of the highlights of our trip.  It made a big difference to be in such a reliable, well equipped and well loved van.

Fantastic experience, the owner was extremely helpful and ran through everything we needed to know for our mini break in the Jubel Explorer. The van was clean, tidy and very well equipped. Our 10 month old daughter enjoyed every second exploring and it made life easier having everything in one space. I would highly reccomend using this campervan.

Very nice couple who really enjoyed the campervan on Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. Hope to see them return.

So nice that Stellar was chosen to make a birthday special. Everything went smoothly. Lovely couple.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce véhicule, en mode nomade & autonomie totale.Le véhicule est top, prévu pour 4/6 personnes, nous étions 2, et avons pu profiter pleinement de l'espace de ce grand modèle avec lit en capucine.Les propriétaires sont charmants, et nous avons prévu de le reprendre pour poursuivre notre visite des Châteaux et sites historiques de la Loire.Les rafraîchissements offerts étaient les bienvenus, d'autant que nous avons eu jusque 43° pendant le séjour !Merci encore.

Ricardo es una persona amable y correcta. Nos hizo el favor de entregarnos el vehículo antes de la hora reservada para poder coger el barco a Fuerteventura, se agradece el detalle. Nos entregó el vehículo en perfecto estado (obviando detalles de desgaste por antigüedad del vehículo o mal uso de otros usuarios) Recomiendo vivir la experiencia reservando con Ricardo aunque en nuestro caso, hubo ciertos incidentes, que detallo a continuación, que acabaron convirtiendo la nuestra en agridulce: - Desde el PRIMER día, es decir, 3/3 noches que pasamos. La ducha no funcionó (cabe decir, y esto considero que es muy relevante, no hubiéramos reservado su vehículo sin ducha). Me puse en contacto con Ricardo y lejos de mostrarme molesto, esto le puede pasar a cualquiera y en cualquier momento, se intento buscar una solución pero ante la lejanía (estábamos en FTV y el en GC) tuvimos que desplazarnos y comprar garrafas de agua para el resto de nuestras vacaciones. (Gastos extra + molestias). Aun así, decir que Ricardo siempre estuvo atento a los mensajes e hizo lo que pudo. - Transcurso de nuestras vacaciones: en otras palabras, increíble lo que aporta y las facilidades que da alojarse en un vehículo de estas características. - Día de la entrega: se acordó con Ricardo entregar el vehículo en el mismo punto de recogido a las 19h, eran las 19:18 Ricardo no había dado señales y me pongo en contacto con el. Aparece a las 19:40 (tenía recogida de llaves a las 20:15 en el aeropuerto para nuestra siguiente reserva y lógicamente llegué tarde) EN MI CONTRA: entrego el vehículo sin limpiar, sinceramente no leí en el contrato que debía entregarlo en las mismas condiciones de entrega (restos de arena, nevera con dos dedos de agua, exterior con polvo y salitre de haber estacionado cerca del mar). Lo primero que hago es disculparme y notificarle que desconocía esa obligación por mi parte, le digo que puede coger del deposito lo que considere para realizar la limpieza. No entrego el vehículo con el tanque lleno, le indico a Ricardo que utilice del deposito lo que necesite para llenarlo. NEGATIVO POR PARTE DE RICARDO: - Retraso de 40 mins de la hora acordada - Me dijo que me mandaría un ticket con el importe del repostaje. No me lo envío y pudimos ver como una vez le entregamos el vehículo no fue directamente a la gasolinera. (Desconozco cuantos km de mas pudo haber hecho pero no me pareció bien por su parte) - Finalmente me descontó 70£ (unos 82€) del depósito personalmente y recalco que ADMITO MIS FALLOS pero fue por desconocimiento. Considero que tendría que haber sido mas empatico y haberme perdonado o rebajado esa cantidad por lo siguiente: - No tuvimos ducha NINGUN día de nuestra reserva (gasto de gasolina+tiempo+dinero+incomodidad) Me gustaría añadir que Ricardo nos ha puntuado con 1 ESTRELLA. Me gustaría que te lo pensaras mejor, esto nos puede impedir volver a usar este servicio. Considero que siempre fuimos amables, educados y a pesar de entrar el vehículo sucio se cuidó como si fuera propio. Nunca te pedí compensación hasta que me hiciste saber la cantidad que ibas a utilizar del deposito, me pareció descompensada. Sinceramente no considero que seamos unos usuarios de 1 estrella, solo te has basado en el estado de entrega del vehiculo que ha sido sucio, NO DAÑADO. Para finalizar, agradecerte Ricardo que nos alquilaras tu vehículo, disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia.

What a great couple to deal with. Our toilet broke, (stuff sadly does happen to all Campers,) on the 1st day, we tried to get them a portable toilet, all sold out, we even tried getting an Amazon prime to Hebrides for them, but timescales prevented it.But they just said, "dont worry we can sort it" they did and were absolutely brilliant. Lovely renters.

Absolutely perfect guests - communicative and friendly, they brought Deli back in immaculate condition and we would rent her to them again in the blink of an eye.  Also, the cutest Shiba Inu I think I've ever met! Thanks both
