Online booking was very easy. Mark was excellengt in providing advice and information about the vehicle prior to picking up the vehicle and very helpful and thorough with the check in briefing on the pick up day. Form filling was done online on his mobile phone and a copy was sent to my email address. All very easy and painless. I was aware that I had to pay a deposit of £500 for the hire and assumed it would be taken from my credit card by the booking website, but it is actually paid to the owner. So, be prepared to make the payment on arrival. Mark provided his bank account details and I made a quick online transfer from my mobile phone.  The vehicle was perfect and well equippend for our needs. We had a great holiday in Devon. The checkout inspection on returning the vehicle was also very quick and easy and the deposit was returned via mobile banking. I defenitely recommend this hire.

We have had an amazing experience from booking to collection and return of motorhome. Nicki and Spencer couldn't be more helpful. Excellent communication. The motorhome was spotlessly clean with everything you need.

1st time campers David, Ciara and Buddybear had a great experience escaping right the way upto Ullapool and beyond. They were a pleasure to deal with and embraced everything that the Landyrover/Rooftent experience stands for. Look forward to seeing the footage and pictures! Hope to see you again in the future. Andrew and his wife enjoyed a weekend away in the Lake district with some amazing weather to boot! He took great care of the Landrover and found a great quiet campsite away from the masses to enjoy some R&R.;  Hope to see you guys again in the future for another roof tent escape!  

We enjoyed the rental with Michael and Sarah, not a minutes problem and the van came back supper clean.They did leave us a kindle inside but we dont think it was meant as a gift, so returned. :-)

This is the second time I have hired Steve's van and as last time, everything was great ... swift response to my emails, van all ready to go when I collected it. I really enjoy my camper trips and to hire a van gives me all the fun and flexibity without the responsibility of owning one full time ... suits me all round 

We had a wonderful weekend away in Caroline’s camper! We decided to hire as we have been thinking about getting one for ourselves and wow, it has got us hooked already! Caroline was brilliant from start to finish with great advice for us! We can’t wait to get our own and will be recommending Caroline to all our friends who are interested in trying camper vans out too! Thank you so much for letting us hire your wonderful van :)

Muito obrigado ao Miguel pelo serviço espetacular. Foi 5* connosco, sempre preocupado a explicar tudo e a perceber se estava tudo a correr bem durante a viagem.  A caravana é muito confortável para grupos de 4 ou 6, limpa e muito segura!  Nunca tivemos nenhum problema, o que fez com que a experiência fosse ainda melhor.  Recomendo bastante, e tencionamos voltar a repetir no próximo ano!

We had such a great trip to Wales in this van! It was the perfect size for our trip and a reasonable price- I'd definitely rent it again! Super helpful and lovely host too.

Great time in the camper and Jason and family were helpful throughout.  Very comfortable to drive and little kitchen was fab.  Jason was available on the phone and replied quickly with any questions we had.  Would definitely hire again and a big thank you to Jason.

Second time Lynda has rented my camper and wouldn't hesitate to hire in the future. She always take care of it and returns it as it left.  Thanks again......... steve

Great experience and wonderful escape

Sean and Katy are the perfect customers. Communication was easy and swift. They took great care of the van and returned it in perfect condition. And they are simply very nice people. Thank you very much and I hope you had a great time with one another, the Outer Isles and the little black van.
