Vehicle was very new, and very nice. We were new to using a camping car, so it perhaps would have been beneficial to have a groundsheet available to help keeping the inside clean, as we didn't bring one. Fantatsic trip overall .

Our family of four had the loveliest couple of nights in Jubel, the van was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Communication from James and Emiliana was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jubel to anyone!!

The rental went fine although I wasn't actually available to hand over the van , I had left it to my daughter so unfortunately she didn't have time to show around the van, things like the light switch on the dash, which is shown in the manual above the gas stove. Everything else had been agreed on contract. Great communication 👏

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ana and her family are delightful. Rosie (the motorhome) was just as expected: really well cared for and in great condition. Hugely recommended.

Great hire experience from Ricardio. Picked us up from the airport & dropped us off when he said he would. Very polite & likeable guy!  The van is great, what it lacks in speed it makes up in character! Puts a smile on people's faces! :) 

Luis was amazing, explained everything about the van, and it was really clean and very well equipped, so we headed off on our adventure. Being able to tour the island, park up anywhere and own the doors and just sit and enjoy the view with a cup of tea or a glass of wine is an experience everyone should try. We even experienced a very rare, for the island, storm with full on thunder and lightening, which was an experience... although my sister managed to sleep through it!I can't recommend hiring a camper van enough, and if you're going to do it go for the Cactus van from Luis x

We had a spectacular month in Daniele's van exploring Italy and the Balkans. Daniele was an awesome owner to rent from - super accommodating, friendly, giving us lots of local tips and answering our many questions! It was a delight to meet him. And the van was such a lovely home for a month - the bed was cosy for the cooler weather, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, and there were plenty of thoughtful touches added by Daniele to make sure we had a great time. We highly recommend renting this van!

The vechicle is matching with the photos. The owner was responsive and friendly. +Toilet and shower was clean. +The car works well. +Kitchen was clean. +Fridge is working well. - Dirty water tank was leaking. (which went to repair after our rental) - Gasoline was not according to full to full policy. But we returned it back on the level that it was given. - Water tank has finished on 2nd day. Probably, it wasn't full.

My experience renting was absolutely brilliant from the start. Having never rented before I was a little anxious about communications and making sure everything was in order before my trip. Rafaela and Catiá were so friendly and helpful and made me feel like no question was too small! I felt very at ease throughout the process and well taken care of.Organising pick up/ drop off was straightforward and went smoothly all with great communication. The van itself is a wee dream - basic but well equipped and great to drive. It's small and inconspicuous when it comes to camper vans so that made it easy to park with no worries or hassle. I highly recommend based on the van and also the interaction I had with Rafaela and Catiá. Thank you so much and I will be back one day!
