Insurance requirements

1) Prior to the commencement of any hire the Insured

i) are not under the age of 23 or over 75 years of age.

li) has held a full UK or EU licence for a minimum of two years.

ili) has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last three years.

iv) has not been involved in more than one fault incident within the last three years.

v) has no more than two convictions with a maximum of 3 points per conviction.

vi) has not obtained a BA, DD or UT conviction.

2) The insured vehicle shall only be let out on hire to a person who has signed and completed a rental agreement or
the hirer/driver proposal for each period of hire

3) The insured shall have completed, prior to releasing vehicle, identity checks including copies of all drivers licences, 2
utility bills dated within three months of the hire and a DVLA License check (uk only)

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS .Aged between 23 -75 .Held a uk driving licence for a minimum of 2 years .Has not had their licence suspended for any period within the last 3 years. Not been involved in any fault incidents in the last 3 years. No more than 2 convictions maximum 3 point's each. Has not obtained a ba dd or ut conviction Has signed a lease agreement for vehicle on hire. Deposit/payment must match drivers name and on Campervan lease agreement for insurance purpose. I will need to verify your licence via the Dvla website For me to do the above I will need Your driving licence number and A check code from Dvla This can done via dvla website Please find details below http://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence I will also need a copy of your licence front and back And 2 forms of proof of address 1 driver is covered with our insurance and rac breakdown. For additional drivers their is a charge of £40 each driver. All additional drivers will have to send in their details requirements. under above insurance requirements. ie: licence no,ni number,licence bills ect. Hope this information helps. Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.
