Insurance
The subject of insurance is the civil liability of any person who, while driving a motor vehicle during the period of insurance liability, caused damage in connection with the movement of this vehicle, resulting from death, bodily injury, disorder of health or loss, destruction or damage to property. The sum insured for personal injury is 5,210,000 euros for one event regardless of the number of victims, and for damage to property is 1,050,000 euros for one event regardless of the number of victims. Car Assistance Insurance The insurance covers the costs of providing immediate assistance in terms of arranging coverage for: a replacement vehicle replacement vehicle, towing, transportation of a trailer and luggage, pick-up and delivery of the vehicle, continuation of the trip, fuel supply, hotline, on-site vehicle improvement, psychological care, secure parking, accommodation, scrapping, replacement driver, following: -  collision of vehicles, sudden contact of the vehicle with persons, animals or objects outside the vehicle, vandalism, collision of sports equipment carried on the on the external rack with objects and animals from outside the vehicle, fire, explosion, submersion, and sudden action of natural forces, sudden action of a thermal or chemical agent thermal or chemical agent from outside the vehicle, theft of parts of the vehicle in the Accident Variant;  breakdown, immobilization of the vehicle in the Breakdown Variant;  collision of vehicles, sudden contact of the vehicle with persons, animals or objects outside the vehicle, vandalism, collision of sports equipment carried on the on an external rack with objects from outside the of the vehicle, fire, explosion, submersion and sudden action of force of nature, sudden action of a thermal or chemical agent from outside the vehicle, theft of vehicle parts, breakdown, immobilization of the vehicle in the Turbo Variant The sum insured for Car Assistance in the Breakdown Variant is PLN 5,000, in the Accident Variant - PLN 5,000. If the coverage is extended by Car Assistance TURBO insurance, the sum insured for the Breakdown Variant will be PLN 25,000, for the Accident Variant - PLN 25,000.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure guarantee
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
