    More than 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 95% of the cost of the rental excluding insurance and service charges.

    Less than 30 days before departure, no refund is possible, and the full amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to the reason force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to force majeure, you can benefit from special cancellation conditions. Which allows you to postpone your trip at no cost.

The amount of your cancelled reservation will be transferred to a rental credit allowing you to reserve the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner), on the dates of your choice.

My Hymer Free 540 is a 2021 model in great condition and fully set up for a comfortable trip. You get the full Hymer setup with a shower, toilet, heating and a 12V compressor fridge, plus the pop-up roof that sleeps two comfortably and the rear bed. At just 5.4m long, it fits into normal city parking spots and is super easy to drive. I’ve added a roof solar panel and an inverter so you can charge laptops and devices even when you’re off grid, and a bike rack for two bikes. The van has a basic equipped kitchen, a small outdoor table and two stools for hanging out outside. I love this van and take good care of it, so I just ask you to treat it like it was your own and bring it back in the same good condition.
