Wonderful experience. Paul was helpful and friendly and took us through everything with patience (it was our first time renting a camper). And Norm is utterly brilliant. Comfortable, everything you need included, lots of space to squirrel away all your gear and handles like a dream. Had a perfect long weekend in this van, it's wonderful to rock up to a beach super early, rustle up a full english, then have a good surfing session before having a midday snooze in the pop-top! - Yescapa

Caroline and Phil were really accommodating, communicated well and made the entire process a breeze! The converted Crafter was just what we were after and it had everything one would need for a great van holiday. Roo was so helpful and hade the handover easy. The van was so clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Everything was easy to use and in great condition. The bed was a great size when open and very comfy. The blind over the roof light was handy to keep it nice and dark but still see the weather from the bed!

Thank you so much to the whole GOAT team for being so friendly and professional. We rented Hendrik for 7 days and toured the NC500 - the van was beautifully cleaned and equipped when we picked it up and was an amazing vehicle for our trip. We had a great trip touring around Scotland in this camper van for 2 weeks. Perfect sized for 3 of us (2 adults and a 4yo) and very practical - well equipped with lots of storage space. Really liked having separate sleeping and sitting areas without having to convert the spaces (although we did choose this van because it had a separate sleeping area at the front, rather than a pop up, but our little one had other ideas). Comfortable bed. Having a bathroom on board gave us more flexibility with campsites with basic facilities/wild camping. Easy to drive and easy to generally operate (was great having the manuals to refer to when needed). Quick responses from Ian for any queries before we set off. - Yescapa

This couldn't have gone better! Everything was catered for, to the smallest detail. There's an excellent space at the back of the camper which I've never seen in another camper. It allows you to keep your bags and anything else away from the sleeping area which is something I will look for in future hires. Fatima was extremely helpful and we had a a comprehensive run down of all the fixtures and fittings. We didn't have an electrical hook up, however the leisure battery coped really well. Amazingly there's a solar panel which charges the battery also (as well as directly from the engine when it's running). you could definitely go off grid in Nellie! the beds were comfy and my daughter made a little den in the upper bed. The awning was also really good, it was huge, so you can extend your living space if you wanted, put up some lights and make a really nice area. Once we were settled, we turned the front seats round and made a real home from home. It's long wheel base van with a high top, however I had no issues driving it what so ever, it felt and drove like a slightly longer car, it didn't feel heavy or sluggish. I would thoroughly reommend this hire, just not when I want it. - Yescapa

Amazing weekend away using Caroline's van. Easy process through Yescapa and friendly handover/ handback with Caroline. The Van had everything you would need for a break, was clean and tidy and has really given us the bug for Campervans. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to hire a van to try the experience out. We stayed at a great little campsite in Banbury called 'The Pig's Place'. Plenty of space and great for a relaxing weekend. Thanks Caroline, we wil lbe recommending to our friends and we will be back for another trip. - Yescapa
