Fantastic camping car! Exactly as advertised. Even provided us with crockery and sheets as most didn’t seem to. Catherine and her hubby even travelled over an hour to meet us near our hotel. Made our trip so much easier. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again 😁 - Yescapa
From start to finish it was great. We had an hour of being shown how to do everything and there was a very good step by step brochure on how to do things with pictures and check lists which made us feel less worried in case we forgot something. They were on hand if we had any problem, which we didn’t everything was straight forward. The camper van had everything that we needed and was very comfortable, nice touches of cushions and rugs. - Yescapa
I had such a great time with The Van Thomas! The van is in a real good condition, super equipped, comfy and well organized! Mhairi has thought of everything in advance, and with great attention to detail! I literarily drove 500-600miles across all the Scotland with no issue (and enjoying every second spent in this GORGEOUS Region). Mhairi is absolutely lovely and kind, all the exchanges went smoothly! She was really supportive starting from the quotation till the van drop-off. Really highly recommended!. - Yescapa

Emiliano is a great guy, very nice and correct ! His van was perfect fir for my family. Our kids (9y & 12y) could sleep in the rooftop tent, and we had enough space to comfortably sleep over.  - Yescapa
José did everything possible to provide us with a great experience. He gave us tips about the surroundings, was always ready to answer any question and was generally very easy to communicate with. The van itself is just as in the pictures. Regardless of its age, it felt very reliable and it has all you need for a perfect trip. The solar panel is absolutely fantastic as it powers the cooler and let us charge our phones/powerbanks, as there is definitely no lack of sun in Portugal ;-) The bed was super comfortable and the blankets warm enough for our trip in April. The pick up point is in Castro Verde, which you can reach by bus (rede expressos) from Faro. It takes about two hours and the bus runs twice a day. - Yescapa
We rented 'Big Red' for a long weekend on the North Norfolk Coast and couldn't have been happier (actually it drives effortlessly and doesn't FEEL big at all, for example it fits into a normal car parking space at the supermarket). Graham was brilliant, giving us a friendly, thorough and confident introduction to his VW Campervan & and we felt that he would always be there at the end of the phone should we have any quibbles or queries (which we didn't). Myself & my wife were very comfortable on the convertible sofa bed and my teenage son had no complaints (an absolute rarity!) about his pop-up space upstairs.  The Campervan was immaculate and contained EVERYTHING we needed over our weekend including salt,pepper, coffee, washing up bowl etc... Everything worked as it should and we're now converted to 'Van Life'. A professional & pleasant experience from start to finish! - Yescapa

Amazing vehicle and owner. Juan took time to run through instructions on how to use all the features of the van. Very spacious, homely and clean. The driving in Tenerife involves a lot of steep hill climbs and descents, the vehicle handled this with ease and was good to have confidence in the performance of the vehicle while ascending and descending. Reversing camera helps with tight parking. Juan was nice enough to let us leave our suitcase with him whilst we hired the van too. Highly recommend both the vehicle and Juan. - Yescapa
We hired Big Red for 3 nights, it was our first time Campervan experience. Graham the owner gave us a very clear induction on how to use everything and even gave us some good tips. The campervan is immaculate and has all the essentials you could need for a trip. My husband said it drives really well too. We had a fantastic adventure in Big Red and would highly recommend. The pick up and drop off was really smooth and Graham is so helpful and friendly. Thank you we have made some wonderful memories.  - Yescapa
