A very charming van which was perfect for adventuring with my friend. The extra loft bed was great for us as we could each have a comfortable bed. Sofia was always very responsive and friendly. She put us at ease about borrowing her van. All provided facilities were in great condition and everything was explained to us in detail at the handover which was great. It is very good value. It is an old van so isn't particularly powerful but it didn't matter as we were able to climb all of the steepest inclines in the mountainous regions. If and when I come back to Mallorca, I would definitely rent this van again. Muchos gracias Sofia!

Technical state: Adblu not filled up and nearly empty (according to owner was filled up recently) Passenger seat locking mechanism not working (every turn with the camper it unlocked and the chair swivelled) Lock for dining table not working (every turn it swung around) Windscreen washing liquid completely empty One door of the garage out of use due to an old damage. (Very inconvenient to load and unload everything from one side) Mileage was 36.600 km. according advertisement should be between 15.000 and 30.000 Drain of the sink was clogged (had to unclog it first day) Only half a gas tank was left (had to replace both tanks the first day Water tank only 60% filled 1 hinge of a floor hatch broken. Possibility when standing on it you will fall trough (see picture) The fixing rod of the canopy had the locking screw missing. Therefore with the least of wind, the canopy had to be retracted (see picture) All the time the seat belts get locked, which makes it very hard to look out of the side window for traffic (when contacting the owner this was apparently a known issue) Inventory: Hardly any cooking ware. See pictures Hardly any cutlery. (3 forks, some plastic knives from a kids pirate party see picture) No kitchen knives Some dirty old bottles of oil Dirty old cleaning sponge Unusable dining set. According the advertisement there should be a dining table and dining chairs. This sent contain 4 very small stools a grown up can not sit on. (See picture) Only 2 towels No coffee machine (should be there according advertisement. Only a percolator which is not a cooking machine) ---------------------------------------------------- ANSWER OWNER: 1. on the subject of receiving money: I confirmed the reservation to him at the beginning of 23 at conditions (only 130 euros a day) that are rather unusual in the high season. 2. ad blue. Unfortunately, there is no display in the vehicle showing how much Adblue is in the tank. The renter was unable to tell me when I returned the vehicle. 3. the passenger seat worked when I handed it over, otherwise the previous renter would have pointed this out to me. 4. the table has a fixing screw underneath the table. This has probably come loose after a long journey.A phone call would have been enough to fix this problem. 5. windscreen wiper fluid was empty. That's true.  But you can buy it at any petrol station! 6. one door of the luggage area could not be opened. This was known and clearly visible at the handover! 7. the water tank was full. The display sometimes does not show the correct level. 8. the awning works perfectly. It just cannot be used in strong winds. However, as the renter was probably standing directly at the beach (usually strong winds) he could not use it. Which is certainly a pity!9 Yes, the cutlery is more like camping cutlery. 10. the tenant accepted the table and chairs on handover. I would have had others in the cellar but he didn't ask for that. I also supplied a foldable sofa. 11 He rightly complains that there are items listed in the app that I didn't put there. Yescapa is responsible for that! 12. he didn't mention that he damaged the large drawer under the sink in the interior. I made a temporary repair. If I were to replace it with a new one, we're talking about a few hundred euros' worth of damage!    

Highly recommend, excellent van and really well kitted out. Niall took time to go through everything with me before I set off and answered any questions I had. Will 100% be using his van again.

Very clean and tidy van. It was thoughtfully kitted out and comfortable. Although we only used it for one night to sleep in we were impressed with the general cleanliness and provision of what we might need

I felt very comfortable renting van to Martin and he was a pleasure to deal with. Can certainly recommend him to any other renters you can trust him with your van and does all that is expected.

Before we rented they answered all of our stupid, last minute questions and gave perfect directions to pick up the camper.Before we took off on our 3 night adventure we had great fun as they explained everything down to the finest detail. Most important were the tips they gave us on what to do and where to stay which really made our trip easy and enjoyable. I'd also recommend that you download the Park4night App to help plan your route. The Madeiran cake and cookies they gave us were perfect with a stove made coffee after our evening swim as we watched the sun setting.The camper was spotless, comfortable, well equipped and drove like a dream. Parking and the mountain roads are not as scary as you think!We were sad to return it but that process was made easy too and after chatting about our adventure they even dropped us to our next hotel nearby. If only we'd had more time we'd loved to have swapped more island stories over a cerveja! Boa Viagem.
