We didn’t actually meet Samuel, our hand overs were done by his partner. She was friendly but didn’t really explain how the van worked or where everything was in the van. We wanted to use the second bed due to the main bed being quite uncomfortable, unfortunately we weren’t shown how to put it up. The van was extremely old and run down. As mentioned, very uncomfortable bed, broken blinds, everything was just quite old and worn out. The van advertised a Bluetooth radio which also didn’t work. We rented with the understanding it was older, however, we weren’t prepared for how frail some parts of it were. Samuel expects you to stop at a service station and rent a hoover before returning the van or you get a €25 charge so also be careful of this. The fridge serves more as a cupboard, and we were unable to store any perishable items, as they just went off. On the whole I wouldn’t recommend this van, I’d pay a bit more for a newer van with air con and nicer amenities. Quite expensive for what it was. The van has done over 200,000km and this is very apparent when driving it. Up any hills was a real struggle and it’s a miracle we didn’t have any problems mechanically. We were charged for exceeding our agreed mileage which we completely accept, however, be aware this is quite a hefty charge considering the number of miles already on the clock.

Great renters, good communication throughout and left the van clean and tidy.

Very friendly owner, good communication. The van does everything we needed it to do, found it comfortable to sit and sleep in, and despite it's age it drove very well.

It was a great experience renting this campervan, it's the first time I'd rented one and the owners were very friendly, helpful and always there to help. They also helped me out whilst we were away when I needed some operational advice. 10/10.

Pauline and Thibaut (and their dog) were great renters.The van was returned in good condition even after a two week trip. They communicated well both before and during the rental period.I would be more than happy to rent to them again.

We had a great experience hiring Liam's camper. The van was in great condition and Liam has added some nice features that make it even more enjoyable. Solar panel created enough electricity for the battery to never dip below 80%. Addition of a reversing camera made it super easy to park. We were in the artist live-in vehicle camping at a festival and got several admirers over the weekend. Liam was very friendly, helpful and made the handover stress free. I thoroughly recommend.

Initially a little bit disappointed that the van we originally hired with the facility of a TV became unavailable on the day we were due to pick it up for our trip, but Ross managed to secure another mobile home at last minute so we didn’t have to cancel our trip
