Absolutely brilliant experience hiring this van. Roland was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and easy to contact both beforehand and while we were away in the van. He gave an excellent explanation of all the various components of the van when I picked it up which meant that when we were away it was much more relaxing as I knew how everything worked and how to resolve simple issues re gas, water etc. The van is in really good condition, lovely interior and extremely comfortable (and warm!) to stay in. Great amenities, good cooker, comfy bed and very easy to drive. I would definitely recommend hiring this van - great vehicle and great folks to rent from! Thanks again.

We rent motohomes on regular basis. It is USUALLY not best price to quality ratio .... unless you go for a brand new but then you need to accept higher rates on rental, insurance and deposit. And still it is not perfect => either you get an owner that does twice as many pictures then you prior to handing over you the keys or the equipment is just basic...or an agency that simply doesnt care!What we look for when we decide to select the camper van:1. price/quality ratio / campervan millage / year2. equipement3. contact with the ownerWe travel with our daughter thus it is always demanding to keep the kid busy while driving etc. Here are my answers to the above points1. Safety first....I hate when everything is shaking inside...here you get a campervan with 20.000km and 2yrs old !! with pricing you could not get anywhere in EU (main land). All perfectly sealed and described!2. games for kids with painting cards, blankets, barbecue incl the coal!!!! + 7eur for a parking ticket! ???? WE LOVE IT!3. aultough not fluent in English but fluent in using google translator transcription that worked just perfectly | both owner and his wife are amazing people | we decided to drop the vehicle in a different place that initially we agreed and they even paid the taxi for us to get to the city center! any question, any locational topic I have raised it was automatically replied keeping my head focusing on my vacation We HAVE LITERALLY N E V E R experienced such luxury and "all inclusive" approachWhat happens we do spread the news to all our friends who love this kind of excursions!RESPECT TO THE OWNERS AND THANK YOU FOR THAT AMAZING TIME !!!WE GONNA BE BACK!!!

We had an amazing time in Ana's van. Such a wonderful way to see Madeira and bring in the New Year! Ana was the perfect host, gave us loads of recommendations with ideas for places to stay, eat and her favourite spots around the island. She even recommended the Funchal fireworks giving us a memorable night for New Year. She was very quick at responding to any enquiries or advice, and was more than happy to help. Would highly recommend Ana as a host!

Wonderful trip with a great, cosy car equipped with everything you need and from a super friendly and helpful owner. Can only recommend this!

Elena was super nice and friendly. She even drove me to a hospital since I had some injuries while surfing. Her campervan is really great and comfortable!

I cannot say enough good things about this van rental!! First of all, the van was amazing and had absolutely everything we needed for our week-long adventure! The van was extremely clean when we picked it up and the owners took the time to explain everything about the van to us before we left. This was such a wonderful way to see more of the rural locations! Moreover the owners were fantastic, we had some trouble with our train (it didn't stop at the station we planned to get off at) and they came and picked us up at the next station! They were also available for any questions we had while we were driving around and very accommodating for dropping the van back off. Additionally, we should say getting a train to this van from Lisbon was a straight shot and not expensive or time consuming. We loved our time in Mayo the van and would recommend it to everyone! The first thing to say is that we had a good holiday, the idea of visiting Gran Canaria using a Campervan worked well. But this particular van has numerous faults which spoilt our enjoyment somewhat: the gas rings hardly worked, the tap in the sink was broken and the lid missing, the fridge door was not secure, some of the blinds are torn, the bedding was thin (in the mountains it would have been nice if a blanket had been provided), the mats on the floor were filthy. And the outside of the van has many dents and scratches. We would say that this van needs a full overhaul and deep clean before it should be let out again - it was far from what we expected from the description. The attitude of the owner seems to be to perform as little maintenance as possible and leave repairs and purchases to the client, for example when advised that the gas bottle was low and there was no sink plug we were told to buy these things ourselves and be reimbursed. Even things pointed out in previous reviews had not been fixed. If the obvious faults have not been addressed, can we be sure that the vehicle is mechanically sound? The handover and collection are not made by the owner, the person (although pleasant) was not thorough and knows very little about the features of the van - the video provided by the owner was inadequate. Lastly we felt cheated when being asked for an additional 60 euros for agreed handovers at the airport. ****Owner's Response**** I’m glad to hear that you had a good time in Gran Canaria, and that exploring the island with a van worked well. The explanatory video for the use of the van has been considered as quite useful by many many users. Any additional questions and information had an immediate answer. The van is always cleaned before the handovers. The Canary Islands are known for being the “eternal spring”. It is the first time that someone has mentioned that they were cold. This could have been easily solved if something was mentioned. When it was mentioned that the Gad bottle was low, or about the plug. I asked if you wouldn’t mind to do the purchase and that money will be (with no doubts) reimbursed. This was with the idea of not disturbing the holidays for you, but offering the best option you prefer. I offered you the option with which you agreed regarding the pick-up in Las Palmas or at the airport and in the end you did not pay the agreed supplement in the option you chose. I would like to mention that my intention is always provide a pleasant experience to the users, and to solve any possible issue/need that might appear. I take into consideration all the communications and comments made, and mechanical inspections are up to date.

Everything went well

This was a great camper van and a great owner. Very good communication, and the process of pick up and delivery was smooth. The camper has everything you need. I will definitely book this camper again for my next visit in the area :D Driving is easy and problem free. A lot of storage, easy cooking, heat, fans, shower, good bed and dining area.

Our hire experience was very positive and we toured all around Lanzarote over our holiday, and found it very easy to find good places to stay. Communication was very good and Yerelis picked us up from the airport and dropped us off afterwards. He speaks very good English which was a great help and he and his partner gave us lots of great ideas for touring. The van has a very comfortable sitting/table area and very comfortable bed, the cooking/washing facilities are good. The van is not new but it was well able to manage the hills and roads and the refurbishment is comfortable. Overall its a great way to see Lanzarote!

Great trip and Sebastian was very nice to deal with. Would definitely do it again. No complaints!

The owner was super helpful and advised on how we should prepare for our trip. We also have received very detailed instructions on how we should make our bed, open the roof, swirl the chair etc. The van was very clean and nicely decorated. During our journey around the island we experienced some technical issues with the van, which was quickly sorted by the car owner and yescapa breakdown team.

Great owner, kept in contact throughout. couldn't ask for anymore from him. absolute legend. I highly recommend! the van had everything you could ever need and more. we lived a week in luxury. thank you so much for everything!

Aton was a really friendly and helpful host. We've been provided with a guide of Lanzarote and a few tips on gas and water filling stations. Didn't have any problems with the van, it was pretty functional and practical. So far the best van I've ever rented.

This fierce old van will take you - slow and steady - to the most secluded beaches via steep narrow roads without a problem. You can see that the owners love their bus and have taken great care of it. The bus came fully equipped, with towels, bed linnen, ... What we appreciated a lot were the tips we received for the island, but also all the basic necessities to travel the island without leaving a trace - garbage bags, a chemical toilet, ... If you have a chance, try it!

Barbara & Diego really helpful and available whenever we had a question. The van was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this to renters. Very happy

It was absolutely amazing! The contact with the owner was extremely fast, we got everything that we needed. The camper was super clean, we felt there like really at home. It was such a sad moment to leave the camper and Tenerife. Highly recommended! Anna & Anna
