Gonçalo was great before and during the hire wandering all our questions super quickly. The van was great taking us around northern Portugal and Spain. For future hires, the van could do with a couple extra bits to improve the experience but aware it’s a new listing to Yescapa so will only improve with time!

We had nearly two weeks in Christine’s van as we went and discovered the area of Mayenne chateau Gontier for just over one week for a cycling festival and then Mayenne itself to view tight rope walkers at chateau lassay and enjoy some further cyclists. Christine was friendly and communicated very well considering we are a British couple hiring a van in France.

Patricia and Jorge were great, waiting at the airport when we arived and waiting 30mins at the return when we took a wrong turn. Helpful and friendly. Signed off the return easily and quickly. The van has character and plenty of Km but it was in perfect running order. I'd have no problem hiring from them again.

Frederick was lovely and the van was super. A lot of storage for a van plus a screen that separates the toilet from the shower which is much less of a mess. Big fridge and good cooking area and sink. The water pressure is very good so when you shower you get a really good pressure, having said that prepare to top up your water tank frequently. Lovely trip and a really well equipped and user friendly van layout would rent again!

Amazing experience! Jeremie has been so kind and helpful. The van is ideal, everything you need is there. Everything was smooth and easy. We will do the same again soon!

Laura was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Vehicle was very easy to drive. Presented in a very good condition and everything worked as expected. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hassle free experience.

great van a few interior problems but apart from that all good

check in took 1.40 hr! legible dirty outside with tape repairs to window and mirror paid for gas but when we got there found canister was empty and we had to replace ourselves

Everything was amazing

Great experience renting the Jimny. The owners were brilliant to deal with from start to finish, and the Jeep was in excellent condition. It was perfect for exploring the Algarve. Would definitely recommend and would happily rent from them again!

Clean, well-maintained vehicle that gave us so many great memories! We traveled to many places and drove around 900 km ourselves, and it handled everything flawlessly. Thanks to its size, parking was super easy, we could fit anywhere, and we were able to sleep in spots where a different kind of campervan wouldn't have worked. It is fully equipped with everything provided, even extra games for beach days! The bed and bedding were clean, and it has a really comfortable mattress. The owners were super nice and sweet. Everything went smoothly during both pickup and drop-off, and they were always there to help whenever we needed it, even when we got a bit lost! 😅 Plus point that they were super cool and easy to talk to. P.S. The AC works like a charm!

Sergey's van is great. Really spacious, easy to drive. We had a great trip. Sergey was really nice helpful and was on hand to help with any questions during the trip. He even gave us a lift to the train station in Ljubljana! Would 100% recommend.

This lovely family took great care of Dolly the week they rented her. I can recommend to rent your van. Friendly and easy communication as well. 😀

The best experience ever!! Amazing van and amazing people who run it

Una experiencia muy decepcionante. La camper fue devuelta con una clara falta de cuidado, tanto por dentro como por fuera. La ropa de cama y las toallas estaban decoloradas, aparentemente por contacto con algún producto químico. La mesa principal, de madera maciza, presentaba un corte que no tenía antes del alquiler. En el exterior, el techo sufrió un golpe importante que dejó una abolladura y daños en la pintura, muy cerca además de las placas solares. El depósito de combustible tampoco fue devuelto lleno, tal y como se entregó y se había acordado. Además, el servicio extra de transporte al aeropuerto que se había ofrecido y acordado no fue abonado. Cuando se les preguntó por los desperfectos, no recibimos ninguna respuesta, ignorando completamente el problema. En conjunto, los daños, el incumplimiento de las condiciones acordadas y la falta de comunicación posterior demuestran una falta de cuidado y responsabilidad considerable. No volveríamos a aceptar una reserva de estas personas. Una pareja con una adolescente.

Alfonso Y su pareja ha sido un placer tratar con ellos, son encantadores, muy educados, cuidaron nuestra autocaravana como si fuera suya y la devolvieron a tiempo, en perfectas condiciones y muy, muy limpia, la devolvieron igual que la recibieron. Lovely experience and fantastic van. Clean and worked very well. Leonardo and Eleanora were very friendly and helpful. One small feedback is the fridge did not work very well but otherwise its a great van.
