My partner and I unfortunately did not have a good experience with this 42 year old vehicle or the owners. On day 3 of our rental we had a terrifying experience that could have led to serious harm. We parked up on a very slight incline and had gone to bed. We were awoken at 230 am to the vehicle rolling. The handbrake had failed and we were thankfully prevented from rolling onward to a 15 foot drop by some cement that had happened to be left by some builders. For a few awful moments we feared we could be rolling to our deaths. We were deeply shaken by this but it wasn't taken seriously by Joao. I got a text later that day saying that the handbrake needed to be replaced but that he had gotten it 'adjusted' and that we could continue our rental.     

The van was great, so was the pickup and drop off, very flexible and no problems. Highly recommended.

Wery good experience. I was driving the car and it’s super easy and new one. Owners are super nice and opened to discuss any things I’ve needed. That’s was a first time I’ve rented through yescapa and I can tell - not the last one 🌱🫶🏻

Adrian is very welcoming and open to help with any questions you might have (it was our first time, and he made it very smooth!). The campervan is new, in great conditions, with anything you might need.. I would recommend 100%! Thank you again!!

Tutto davvero perfetto, a partire dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Charlie sin dai primi contatti telefonici. “Matcha es la furgoneta que te hará vivir la isla como en los años 80 pero con todas la comodidades de hoy”. Ed è stato proprio così! Un piacere avervi conosciuto!! 🥰

This was a great way to explore the island! The van had everything we needed and it was easy to find spots to stay overnight. It was easy to drive too.

Meghan was amazing, she met us at the Basel Airport with the motorhome even though we arrived late in the evening. She was flexible with the drop off time as well. She couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. The motorhome was perfect for us. The shower and toilet are a very good size. The van is modern and has Apple Carplay and Android Auto which was super helpful. Unfortunately the bedding was the only small thing it had a smell of smoke, it seemed clean but smelt like cigarettes. We purchased our own in the end. We would not hesitate to hire again.

Dani took very good care of the van, he’s a great human and I’ll recommend him to anyone!

The whole process of hiring the vehicle from beginning to end was very easy.The owner, Constantinos, greeted us with a very warm welcome and provided a comprehensive brief on the vehicle and equipment. Although a fairly old vehicle that has seen a good deal of use, it was clean, comfortable and well maintained. A particularly valuable feature was the on board wifi connection.The return was as efficient as the start of the hire with Constantinos providing excellent service and attention to our needs.We have no hesitation in recommending this vehicle to anyone for whom it is seen to be the appropriate size and capacity.

Ana is really friendly owner and pleasant in the communication. She is very helpful and made a nice map of suggestions about the island to explore and where to stay with the van. Would definetely advise to rent the van. We had a wonderful time!

Everything was good, the van drives very well and all the equipments are new, Antonio is very approachable and explains everything in detail, I highly recommend it
