Great experience in Majorca! The van was as described. It was relatively new. Ricardo and his wife is very nice. He picked us up from somewhere in Palma and introduced us to the van with clear instructions. We inspected damages, took pictures and went on our way. Afterwards we had lunch with Ricardo upon checkout and got to know him a little. He took us to the airport free of charge on account of us paying for lunch. He also checked on us a few times to se ehow we were doing. Make sure you do your research before taking a campervan of this size through Majorca though! It can be very stressful going through some towns and roads! There was a Crack on one of the windows upon checkout, which expectedly would lead to a reduction in deposit. However, I took out my own insurance from rentalcover.com. Ricardo stayed connected and had kindly provided all the documents required for the window fix, I submitted it to my insurance and got the full claim sent back. So make sure you insure yourself! It's worth it. Well recommended

Marco was very kind and helpful host, he responded quickly to every question. The van had also everything one needs for three weeks trip, and we would rent it again if we had the chance.

From start to finish Dominik was easy to communicate with and arrange logistics for the collection and drop off of the van. The van itself is beautiful to drive and feels very luxurious. The bed upstairs is really comfortable and the electric controls make everything very efficient and simple to use. Would highly recommend 👌

Lluis was very helpful from the beginning, helped us to settle in, provided all information required for a safe journey, responded prompty to our questions during our trip. Very kind and approachable. Motorhome space was more than enough for a family of 4. It was life saving to have air condition working whilst engine is off. We could travel without any hassle to any beach, had no parkimg problems. It was a wonderful experience in beautiful Majjorca.

The hire process was reasonably smooth, with a couple of quirks but ironed out punctually by the owner Jamie.  We were shown the vehicle at the point of the booking and our questions were answered with honest and a passion to ensure we got the most out of our hire.The vehicle that we hired was exactly as described and provided with everything that we needed and in addition we were offered several addons which unfortunately this time around we couldn’t make use of.  The vehicle was trouble free for the two weeks that we hired it and ran smoothly from the UK to the Southeast of France and back again.  The vehicle was clean and well presented.

Hiring a van to travel Portugal for our first time visiting the country was top of our bucket list. Having previously own a van in New Zealand we knew we were after a personal touch to make the experience all the more memorable. Ricardo’s van did not disappoint. Not only was he great to deal with - very flexible with timings and helpful with suggestions of cool spots to check out, the van itself was amazing. It was very comfortable and functional, has everything we needed for two weeks on the road. It’s colour and overall look got a lot of attention where ever we went and ended up getting a bunch of great recommendations from people we spoke to.Hiring process was easy and we have had no issues this far.
