The whole experience has been great. Mateu has been available throughout the trip and the van was great. Perfect size for the 3 of us. With little restrictions on where to park due to the size of the van.

Davy, the owner was very approachable and quickly replied to all our questions, communication was excellent with him. We received the campervan in a perfectly equipped, clean state and he walked us through all the necessary equipment-handling knowledge. Since the van is about 20 years old, it lacked some things newer vehicles include (air con, good headwind sealing), but we believe this is reflected in the rental price. There was one error with the connection of the battery which we had to hot-fix a couple of times, but we informed Davy about it and most likely it has been resolved since. Other than that, everything worked just fine and we had an amazing trip! Would fully recommend Davy and Balty.

Absolutely amazing couple , tha van is top end

Everything was brilliant! Before the trip communication with Pablo was easy (even though we both speak different languages). When we arrived (earlier than we expected) Pablo was flexible and had the van ready for us. The van itself has everything you need - it drives well, has lots of space! We loved it all!

Sonya and Terry were very helpful at both pickup and drop off which made it all very easy. The van was great and the whole family loved it, especially the kids as it comfortably slept 4 of us!What an adventure!Word of warning for those who don’t read the listing in full, there is no air conditioning which in Spain in August is HOT! And you need to bring cash as a holding deposit!All in all, a great experience and lots of fun!

We hired the van which was very nicely prepared and fully ready for us. Everything was in the van as advertised in the offer. Driving this van was lovely experience and we definitely wanna do it again one day. Gonçalo and his wife are an amazing couple who gave us great tips for our trip around Portugal. Everything went smoothly. We sure highly recommend it to everyone who wants convenient, safe and enjoyable travel. No doubt, this is the way👌!

I had a great time in this van. I drove from the pick up location, just over an hour on the train from Munich Airport, through Austria to the Dolomites.The engine handled the mountains easily. Everything is in good working order, the stove, the fridge, the water pumps, the lights.Hannes is a great owner, very easy going and provided a great onboarding experience.I'd definitely recommend hiring this campervan.
