This was the first time we had rented a camper and having owned a camper before we were a little apprehensive about taking someone else's pride and joy!  However, Matthew accommodated our request to view the camper prior to picking it up which gave us a chance to learn all about the camper and put our mind at rest. The camper was as described in the advert.  It is very spacious with a huge bed over the cab and masses of storage space and excellent size fridge and freezer plus garage area.  There is a bathroom with toilet and shower which looked really spacious, we didn't make use of it as we stayed on campsites. The van ran like a dream with no issues at all.  Would highly recommend.  

 All went well. The motorhome was just the right size. Everything you could possibly need was in the motorhome. Bedding cooking and outside chairs. The owner is a very helpful person. 

We had an amazing vacation with Diego's camper van. Diego picked us up at the airport, and quickly showed us everything we needed to know. For a couple this van was perfect - we asked Diego to remove the top bed, so we'd have a bit more space. Finding a place to park was pretty easy - just make sure you read the signs, because some parking lots prohibit overnight stays. In most cases where its says "RVs not allowed" you can actually stay with a Fiat Ducato. Diego was always available on Whatsapp in the few instances we had a question about the car - but overall it was easy to handle, including dealing with water and bathroom maintenance. Water tank is enough for 2-3 days for a couple; toilet needs to be emptied around the same schedule. Portugal has a lot of camper parks where for a few euros you can use the service station, so you don't even have to sleep overnight at a park if you don't want to. Thanks Diego for a lovely trip!

The Motorhome Owners (Five Star rating from us) GREAT: Very easy and accomodating in the pick up and drop off. Very thorough handover to us which made our understanding and use of their motorhome. They knew their motorhome and its use really well. Their local knowlege was alos invaluable and very pleased we took our time on this. We were coming back to our initial conversation and advices a few days on, which was a real benfit. We needed to do the handback the evening before our finish period and they made this a very easy process and accommodated these changes as normal routine. We spoke very little French (non existant for a handover conversation) and we very easily came to an undestanding of all their explanations. Their English was vastly superior to our French.    The Motorhome (Five Star rating from us) PICTURES ACCURATE: The motorhome was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It came with everything we needed to make our trip a success. We travelled by plane and train with a suitcase each so having the additional camping equipment included made us utlise the full benefits of the locations we stayed at night and short stops in the day. The rear table and seating area we overlooked in our search but this additional seating area was especally useful to us and a real bonus that having two seating areas provides. The motorhome was in beautiful condition and was very easy to keep in that condition during our stay. For a group of three people in seperate beds there was enough storage for our needs with cupboards and lockers to spare. The large fridge meant that we only shopped a couple of times in the two weeks and most of our meals were motorhome based. Our Tip Half of our campsites were "Free Camping" in the moutains by lakes and the remainder were beach side campsites. Every night we were able to find a great campsite, even the paid campsites, never booking ahead and only paying for electricity on two campsites. We could easily go 3-4 days with additional water (No Showers) and the leisure battery only just droped below 75% each day but the solar panel maintained this really well. The lighting on the inside and outside really extended our days and at night the lighting options worked great for us.  We had one day of rain but the space inside made this a very easy day. We drove approximately 1,000km in 12 days on a mixture of toll roads, A and D roads.    Yescapa PROCESS GREAT: Our first experience with Yescapa and will book again. I made one mistake with the bond as this was new for me, but that was my full responsibility. The ability to use a locals motorhome in another county has significant benefits and can not be undervalued, especailly when on small country roads.  The process is thorough and detailed with lots of help and advice. Yes it takes time, but it does need to. 

It was an absolute pleasure to rent our motor home to Mel and Christian (and their lovely dog). They are a lovely couple, I really enjoyed meeting them and spending time showing them around the van. I would whole heartedly recommend them as first class renters ! All the best guys.

Nicola and Darren were the second people to rent our motorhome. They came over to see the vehicle a couple of weeks before hire and to meet me which was really great. They are a really nice couple and it was a pleasure to meet them and rent our van to them. They grasped the concepts of how the van worked quickly and drove off for Europe with the keys confidently. The van was returned immaculatel with absolutely no issues. Thanks guys it was a pleasure to do business with you!

First time we have used Yescapa for the rental of a camper. Overal a good experience and within our expectations. We were able to rent a camper by Jorge who was really friendly and is the owner of a camper that was perfect for our trip in Portugal. We had a very lovely time during our two weeks holiday!

Ana was very easy to rent from and the RV accomodated our group of 5 adults very comfortably. She provided all linens necessary for our stay and had well organized inventory of her vehicle. We had a great time exploring thank you Ana!

We were met by Charlotte the owner, who was very helpful and thorough with the handover of the camper. It’s was very clean and tidy and equipped with lots of useful things. The camper was very easy to drive and we enjoyed having 2 cozy autumn nights away We hopefully be hiring again next year, as we enjoyed the experience so much.

We had a wonderful road trip with this van. It is very comfortable & charming in there! The vehicle is easy to drive and a lot of fun too :) Florentin is a very friendly guy who explained us all the details about the van and made sure we feel comfortable with it. I can highly recommend renting this little home on 4 wheels ;)

Jean, and his family, were fantastic in showing us around the van and how to use everything. The van was awesome - comfortable and came with everthything that we need for a week on the road around France. Great memories from a great holiday, in a great little van!

Helen and Tony were the perfect couple to lend my van to.  They took very good care of it, and returned it in good condition.  I'd be more than happy to lend it to them again.

Very good experience. Rental agent was very helpful and accommodating. He delivered to and picked up motorhome from our campsite. Unit was clean and well maintained. I would recommend using Elisabete’s motorhomes.

We had a great time, our children absolutely loved the van. It’s very spacious with a very large (super king?) bed over the cab, a small double which converts from the dining area and a separate single. We went to a campsite but it’s well equipped enough to camp wild.

I had an awesome long weekend away in the campervan, driving her from Milford-on-Sea to Cornwall and back, enjoying the areas of St. Austell and Polzeath. Having the campervan made it really easy to just park up, have something to eat/drink and then go explore.   Despite having never driven a long wheel based T5 before, I found it a really pleasant vehicle to drive and it didn't take me too long to get used to its length either ... even down some of the more narrow lanes of the New Forest, St. Austell and Polzeath :-) There was a good amount of storage and the pop-up roof made a big difference to the space to stand up inside. Steve, the owner, was very welcoming, relaxed and patient when showing me around the van and how to use everything. He also said he'd be on hand over the weekend if I needed to ask or check anything.  Everything in the van worked and I got to grips with everything pretty quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed vanlife - an experience I intend to repeat.

We had a wonderful time taking the van to Latitude Festival in the summer. The hire was really simple, Rupert was very friendly and the van was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, lovey decor, really easy to drive and fitted out with everything you could need for a trip.
