Rob was very nice and accommodating, taking the time to show us around the van and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us great recommendations of places to visit and routes to take around the Jurassic Coast, thanks Rob! He was also very helpful and responsive if there were any issues. Top customer service, very satisfied and can’t fault in any way. Bertie was the perfect size for 2 people driving around country roads but still big enough to be comfortable and have everything we needed for a few days. It did took us a day or so to get comfortable setting up the bed and getting our belongings out of the way but we eventually got the hang of it. Bertie drove beautifully, felt light for a camper van and is very economical.

Our trio of travellers were amazing - they tool Bongo the length and breadth of Britain and brought her back in immaculate condition.  So glad the weather held out for you ladies - and you're welcome to rent Bongo out again at any time.  Hope you all got back safe and sound :)

Had a brillant bank holiday getaway.fantastic campervan and dealing with Ian made the experience and rental all the more smoother and easier.great van and a great gentleman to  deal  things through with.10/10....👍🏻

This was our first trip away in a campervan and it didn't disappoint. The whole experience was brilliant, from the ease of booking, to the friendliness of the owner and of course the great van!

A real pleasure to host John and family for their trip exploring Isle Of Skye. Friendly, clean and considerate, would happily rent to John again!

The vehicle is well maintained and good quality, had a great holiday. Simon is great to deal with, friendly and responsive.   He went to great lengths to deep clean before the hire. Recommended.

Excellent! The camper was wonderful and Natalie and Michel were super friendly and we'd recommend their camper van. Camper was very clean and in great condition. We had a small issue with the fridge and Michel was incredibly helpful and came to meet us on our second day as soon as we reported it to fix everything. We had a great time, thanks so much to both of you! x

Was an amazing experience! The van overall is in excellent condition, comfortable, with everything you need.

Jerome was always very friendly, accommodating, and open to any questions that we had throughout the holiday. Great guy and we would absolutely hire from him again. The location was a 30/40 min taxi journey from Carcassonne airport (we got caught by higher taxi fares on Sunday and bank holidays - so factor into journey costs if possible!) The van itself is was great - it had everything we needed for 9 day around southern France. The petrol, water, gas and electricity was all filled up when we got there, and Jerome was happy to provide additional extras such as table, chairs, bedding. Interior was very clean and Jerome was thorough introducing us to the van and how everything worked. In driving terms there were no huge issues there. The van got us from A to B just fine and we benefitted from having the pop top being able to sneak into smaller spots and car parks! Jerome responded with clarity and fairness when we had a small bumper to bumper accident with another vehicle - this was sorted out swiftly and with no issues. The only thing to mention is I believe we were the last hire before the van needed servicing, and there were a couple small mechanical issues towards the end of our hire that made this apparent. Again, Jerome was responsive to all of these and we’d definitely trust to hire again! Thanks Jerome!

I was delighted to rent Alex to the Rhoades family. They treated Alex as their own and returned him spotlessly clean and exactly as he was on collection. They are all welcome back anytime!

Le camping-car est très bien entretenu et le toit relevable est très pratique pour une famille avec deux enfants. Très bien adapté également pour les déplacements en ville, possibilité de stationnement normal. Nous avons apporté nos propres chaises de camping et quelques ustensiles de cuisine. Jean-Pierre est très amical et détendu. Merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances, que nous n'oublierons pas de sitôt!
