From start to finish , the handover of the vehicle to me was in detail explained well. The vehicle was fantastic smooth to drive very comfortable stay. We would like to book it again ,morthan the vehicle I would say owners are very polite and good people. Specially Simon made sure if I need any help or any questions I can call him. Snoopy has everything built in fully equipped with cutlery crockery etc. Five star 🌟 

Simon and Jacqueline were excellent hirers who were no trouble at all looking after our Campervan which was returned to us on time with no issues. We would happy to have them hire our Campervan again and recommend them as hirers.

Brilliant - one word sums it up! To expand on that our hire was great from start to finish. Firstley the Yescapa booking process is very user friendly - clear and simple.  Once we had booked the campervan, Scott the owner great to deal with - questions, of which as first time camper hirers there was a good few, were answered really quickly (minutes rather than hours or days) with a few exchnages via Whatsapp before picking up the van to make the whole process really easy. The van was exactly as described, it was quite old (R-reg) which we knew but obviously very well maintained and looked after - everything we needed and more was on board and drove really well with good fuel economy. The automatic gears were handy for the up and down steap roads of north-west Scotland. The van had no problem over the steep Bealach na Ba pass and also great cruising along on the main roads. The van was ideal for our needs - family of four, two adults and two children under 10. if older kids you would probably need a seperate awning sleeping area or bigger van, we also stayed at campsites most nights so had access to showers etc. For the days we stayed on the road we had our own pop up toilet and shower tent and facilities. Scott, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with on collection and dropping off the van - a really nice guy. Thanks Scott  

Great, cosy campervan, friendly owners, nicely converted, sleeps 3 easily. The owner has done great instruction videos and a book on how to convert seats to beds, etc. We loved our holiday in it and were sad to hand it back.

It was a pleasure to meet Gareth and Veronica and rent Snoopy out to them, a lovely couple.    Snoopy was returned on time and very clean. I would gladly loan them Snoopy again anytime (Gin to be included).     Simon   

We loved the van! We took it for a long holiday from Cheshire to the Isle of Skye stopping all the way up. The van has everything you could need, the beds work brilliantly and it’s easy to cook anything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. The outdoor cooking on the fire-pit and subsequent marshmallows were great!   Driving the van is easy, but you do need to remember it’s longer than your average car! Great fuel economy and it cruises really nicely on the motorway. There’s lights and sockets where you need them, and the toilet was great to save middle of the night runs to the closest toilet block. We were concerned we wouldn’t have enough space for storage but we took everything we wanted and there are plenty of places to store things.    Luke was great to deal with and really helpful with the handover. We’d highly recommend hiring the van and will hopefully be taking it again soon. 

Jamie and Jess were brilliant about everything, They took our advise when they told us they were travelling to Cornwall for a couple of days and we explained that most of their break would be driving, we hejped them to find a campervan site in the lake district and they thoroughly enjoyed it.

My hire experience was great and I would highly recommend them to any van owner. Thank you again for hiring from us.  

My girlfriend and I hired the van for a long weekend in South wales and the van was everything we wanted and more.  Exactly as shown in the pictures, it was good to drive and economical.  The living space was comfortable and bed was plenty big enough for us both. Caroline was responsive to messages and very pleasant to deal with.  Would highly reccomend hiring from Caroline

Really comfortable and easy to drive, Robert was extremely helpful. We had a great time with Bertie- highly recommended 

Un’esperienza da ripetere! È stata la nostra prima esperienza in camper (3 adulti e un cane), ma Carlo si è preso tutto il tempo per spiegarci come funzionasse il tutto e fare anche un giro di prova. Nonostante le notevoli dimensioni, con qualche attenzione in più, il camper si è dimostrato facile da guidare anche sulle strade di montagna. Il camper di Carlo non è decisamente l’ultimo modello sul mercato, ma non manca di comodità e spazio. Lo raccomando!

The booking and taking of the funds was fine, but the difficulty came with the owner. This is a company called Easicampers, owned by Easirent. I had messaged for more information about the pick up location of the camper, as the address was just an industrial estate, and a massive one. I got no response from them. I searched online for the phone number provided and that was the first I knew of the company name, EASIRENT. I found that they had a depot 1/2 mile from the industrial estate, outside Edinburgh airport so figured that that was the correct place to go. When I arrived in Edinburgh, I called the number provided with the booking, which as it turned out is for their office in Wigan, I told them I was due to pick up a campervan and they directed me to a city centre depot. Strange but fine, it was only 10mins away. Get there, no one is there, doors are looked. So this time I called the number for the Airport depot, and they get someone to call me back. Basically I was told to go to the wrong place. The person I spoke to told me that I needed to be at EASICAMPERS, not Easirent. He said it was passed the Easirent office! Back in the taxi for a 40minute drive back through Edinburgh, all the way out passed the airport to the depot...That is also the wrong depot. After 90mins of taxi travel, we arrive at the Easicampers office. They tried to over charge me for bedding, as we needed 2x singles and 1x double....but they only had doubles so wanted me to fork out the extra cost due to their lack of supply. In the van itself, for the most part the camper was clean and tidy. The main issue was the blinds, pretty much half of them were broken and didn’t function correctly. The holiday was fantastic, the van was great, but the presales communication was awful. An expensive and stressful start to a holiday, which isn’t what we were hoping for

Chloe had a tough time with two storms but persevered well . A tough cookie.

Martin and his family used the campervan well and returned it spick and span.

Amazing 4 days down in Cornwall. The van was superb in every way. Super clean on arrival, in great condition and drove well the entire time. Gavin were extremely helpful and friendly. All instructions were clear. We can't wait to hire again! 

Jaime ha sido muy atento durante todo el viaje y nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles. En cuanto a la Camper, va muy bien. Tiene sus añitos, pero te lleva sin problema, tanto por terrenos de tierra, como por las cuestas y carretera. ¡Genial la experiencia y no dudaría en repetir!

Just returned from a 3-day trip to Skye it was our first campervan experience and it was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning Liz was extremely helpful allowed us to come slightly early to pick up the van give us a full tour and explained how everything worked.  Liz was very helpful during the trip as it was our first experience and if we had any questions she was always in hand to reply.  The van itself was super clean perfect for two or four it was a first campervan experience and it's certainly made us even more excited to rent or buy again. 

Great rental. Vehicle was returned super clean and had been well looked after.

Good communication prior and during rental. The van was a really nice size, spacious and the over cab bed was really comfortable. The van had a few technical issues and a few minor things that weren't working as expected which were resolved with as minimal impact on us as possible. COVID cleaning protocol meant the seats had to be kept covered in plastic which was pretty uncomfortable, it's also worth reading through the contract as lots of extra 'penalty' costs that I wasn't aware of. The deposit was returned straight away.
