Really wonderful experience. Very comprehensive handover from the owner and vehicle was immaculate when picked up. Very easy to drive and use all the on board features. A perfect vehicle for your holiday. 

It's important to understand what this is about. If you are looking for luxury this is not the van for you. If you want to release your inner hippy, go a bit feral, it's perfect! The van is a bit basic and a bit tired, but has loads of character and a good strong engine which is important in Madeira because some of the roads look like they're painted onto walls! The brakes were new and squeaky, but worked well. Madeira is a really great place to wild camp in a van. People were friendly, we parked with stunning views and created memories for life. There are water points all over the island of you look for them, and showers at the beaches. We were able to cook proper meals in amazing places, sleep with the back doors open looking up at the stars and felt like we'd really done something special. 

Graeme owns the van, but gets Deigo to manage all customers for him. From the moment I started dealing with Deigo it was stressful - passive aggressive, impatient and rude. Saying one thing to me on Whatsapp only to contradict it in person. The outside of the van was compeletely battered and numerous things missing that were said to be provided. I had to isolate so my brother went to meet Deigo at 5pm (as agreed) to do the dropoff. On arrival Deigo told my brother he'd have to wait around for 1.5hrs or come back later because he'd forgot to change the time for the fumigator. Of course Deigo couldn't own his mistake and tried to shift the blame on to my brother. Unless you relish stressful situations I suggest you take a wide berth from hiring this vehicle.

What a lovely van this is has everything you need ,very spacious and comfortable ,we had it for 6 days and was absolutely perfect will definitely be using again. Thanks Adam

Both David and Pedro were amazing before, during and after the rental. Super easy to communicate with and get ahold of - very lovely humans! We loved the fit out of the van, the mood lighting was really nice. They provided all necessary amenities which was very helpful eg towels, toilet paper, gas burner, pots/pans, cutlery, bedding and spices/coffee etc. The only thing to keep in mind is this van is from 1997, so it is quite old... so it’s not the quietest or smoothest drive. But if you’re not going too far, then this is a great van.

My experience was great with Caroline and her camper van. She was always quick to respond to questions, very helpful when I collected the van and ran through how everything worked. The camper came very well equipped and was nice and clean!

We had a very smooth experience of renting Michael's van.  Michael was very patient and helpful with all my questions beforehand, and showed us how everything worked before we drove off.  The van is a dream to drive, and the interior is very well designed for maximum convenience from such a small vehicle.  

Brilliant renter - could highly recommend to others

Very nice and friendly family, the motorhome was absolutely amazing, was clean and tidy. Every gear you need was available, absolutely amazing trip. Definitely will get in touch with that lovely family to hire there motorhome again.

Excellent renters highly recommend

We made an amazing trip through the Ariege, thanks to this camper and thanks to the good care of Patrice the owner. He made sure all is well maintained and explained, and very kind to pick us up from the station and drop us after the trip. The bus is spacious, comfortable, with a basic but complete inventory.  It drives like a dream:  it's big but easy to handle, strong and stable. A rental to recommend! Joseph
