Great hire from Roadsurfer! Great customer service from the beginning till the end. Van was brand new with only 1700kms on it. Few issues on the road during the rental but was sorted out very quickly from the support team. I highly recommend Roadsurfer and their team for any rentals.

From start to finish everything was perfect. Communication with the owners was simple, the pick-up and drop-off processes were brilliant and the van itself was ideal for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We loved the van we had! The booking was easy and handling of the van was also easy (after we discovered all the nick and nacks). We will surely rent again!

Clear communication, on time and super friendly couple. They returned the van in great condition and there were absolutely no issues. I would be super happy to rent to them again 🚐☀️

Hugo was really helpful and met us half way into a 10 night trip to provide clean bedding and towels. The vehicle is functional but it is old, and some of the fixtures and fittings are worn as you would expect with an older motorhome.

We’ve had great experience on out trip to Tenerife and renting a van was the best idea. Roberto was very helpful with good tips for the journey and generally nothing was problem. The van was reliable, easy to drive around, easy to organise. Overall great experience!

As first time motorhome users, our hosts made our experience stress free which allowed us to enjoy our holiday to the full. Jorge and Audrey were very helpful and informative from the booking of Germana. They answered all of our pre holiday questions and we felt fully supported throughout our time in Portugal. We would fully recommend Jorge and Audrey, and we would not hesitate to book with them again

Just returned from a fantastic week in Gran Canaria, thanks to a brilliant camper van and wonderful hosts. The van was the best we have ever hired, very well equipped, and of a very high spec. Karla and Rober were excellent hosts, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend this van to anyone thinking of touring Gran Canaria.

Insgesamt sehr gut Erfahrung mit dem Vermieter und deren Camper gemacht - wir hatten eine Mega coole Zeit und der Vermieter hat auf Anfragen immer schnell k d höflich reagiert. Allerdings sind die Dutzenden Emails und ausgedruckte Anleitung im Camper unnötig kompliziert gestaltet und verfasst. Dies hätte deutlich simpler und kürzer verfasst werden können. Trotzdem konnte die Heizung nicht angeschaltet werden und es fehlte ein Verbindubgsstück für die Frischwasserleitung.

Jesus was very helpful, super easy to communicate. He even picked us up from the airport! The van was very well equipped and not too big for some of the islands tight roads. I would definitely recommend!

Jose is everything you’d want when renting a van; communicative, kind and calm. He explained everything with the van and knows loads about the island. We had a great time travelling about, the tires will get you around no problem to coastal parts with gravel roads. Everything in the van was in great condition. If you want to rent a van that’s going to give you zero stress and travelling on a budget rent from him!

Excellent stay. worked well for 2 adults 1 child. open vents kept the van cool during the day. fridge worked well on gas without interruption. there is a cepsa garage north of arrecife on the lz-1 that has a blackwater waste machine for 3 eur.
