What a lovely couple, very polite and courteous and a pleasure the deal with from start to finish. My van was very well cared for and returned in perfect condition. I would recommend Claudio to anybody for future bookings, many thanks to you both.

From start to finish the whole process was absolutely seamless. Caroline was so quick to reply, and no question was deemed too silly (even if there was a small chance it was!)Could not recommend them enough!!

Everything went very well, the van was picked up early which suited both of us, it was returned full of fuel and clean, all in all a good experience

Great Renters. Very careful and attentive. Our motorhome was in very safe hands. I wish all renters were like this and hope to see them back.

We loved our trip using Fatima's Campervan, Nellie. We had never hire a campervan before and Fatima answered all our questions, gave great advice and provided everything we would need. Including chairs, a table, cutlery, crockery, lamp, cards etc. The van is very easy to use and drive, we had no problems and would love to hire again. Our fellow campers were jealous and couldn't believe the amount of space. The clever layout of this van is a huge plus. And the solar panels were great. Highly recommend. 

The booking and collection of the motor home was very straightforward. The owners were very friendly and relaxed. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were complete novices but enjoyed our long weekend in Settle. The site is also thoroughly recommended-Langcliffe Park-it was clean and modern, well landscaped, beautiful setting.

We had a fantastic time. The van was kitted out really well and had everything we needed. Paul was super friendly and explained how everything worked. We took the van down to Cornwall and stayed in a couple of different places. It was so useful to be able to park up and have everything you needed to hand. There were 2 adults and 2 children and we had enough space to sleep comfortably. Looking forward to our next trip!

Kathi was great. She was very relaxed and easy going, and returned the vehilcle clean and in good condition. I would rent out my motorhome to Kathi anytime in the future if she wished to rent it again. Thanks Kathi

Hired from Paul and the van norm, found Paul to be very accommodating especially this was our first time to use this service, would highly recommend norm for  a trip away, it had everything you needed for a stress free break and the van Norm was very good on fuel. Will be looking to book a bigger van for a more remote break in the future, will be recommending rro friends and family.

Rupert was very organised and efficient when we picked up the van. It was fully equipped with almost everything we could think of. The van was perfect for our trip, being an excellent balance of size for some tight country roads and equipment for a comfortable camping experience! We travelled the full NC500 and had no troubles. I would recommend this rental.
