La furgoneta está recién camperizada, aunque carece de aire acondicionado, la radio no funcionaba y tuvimos un problema con el depósito de aguas grises, además de tener que ser arrancada periódicamente para recargar la batería, lo que se hace bastante molesto. A pesar de los problemas que tuvimos, y que su socio nos dijera que todo estaba perfecto el día de la devolución, Oscar no dudó en retenernos dinero de la fianza argumentando que era por “limpieza”, lo que nos indignó bastante, ya que le dimos una limpieza general antes de la devolución. Yeray su socio siempre fue muy atento en todo momento y se mostró dispuesto a ayudar a pesar de todo.

We just had a perfect long weekend camping in Betty which is an excellent van with mod cons and drives really well. The whole rental experience was very smooth and hassle free and Paul was very friendly and accommodating. We can highly recommend this and will be renting off him again.

Lauren and Marc were great renters. All the arrangements and timings worked perfectly, and the van came back spotless, which was fantastic thank you! 

Given we we’re new to the Motorhome experience, Dan was fantastic to deal with from pre-booking to handing back the keys to “Dot” - He answered all my questions and re-assured me expediently every step of the way. The van was as advertised and provided a fantastic holiday experience in Devon and Cornwall for me and my family.

This was the first time I was driving a campervan and thanks to Jeffrey it was a wonderful experience. It was very easy to drive, park and all the features of the van were brilliant! The service was very efficient and Jeffrey was very prompt in responding to all my queries. He is very friendly, easy going and has a very calming effect on customers, which is very useful to relax any anxious or nervous amatuers.

Great couple who enjoyed themselves. Returned on time and all good.

I was delighted to rent my van to Peter. The hire was super smooth and the van was returned on time and clean! I would be delighted to welcome Peter back anytime.

We had a great time in Nellie. There was loads of space for our equipment in the boot, and both the upper sleeping area and the rock and roll bed were a good size. Although the vehicle is not new, it's been maintained in very good condition internally, and the upholstery and matresses are comfortable and clean, and the floor and surfaces without marks.  The bowls, cutlery and general equipment were great - including an additional camping stove to go on the camping table. The chairs were good quality camping chairs and everything felt solid. Nellie was very easy to drive - despite the size, parking was pretty straightforward - and the reversing sensor worked properly. On the motorway, everything was comfortable and reasonably quiet cruising at 70mph.  Fatima was excellent at communicating and was very helpful where we needed to flex our arrangements slightly. Check out and check in was straightforward and methodical. We loved the little touches she put in Nellie before we left, and even gave me a lift to the centre of Crawley at the end of the hire.  Overall, we were very happy with hiring Nellie from Fatima. The extra space on top of a standard Transporter camper van was very handy indeed, and the bed was very comfortable. Next time we want to hire a camper, we will definitely check if Nellie is available first!

Very good communication from Lee made  it an easy process. Camper was great and all worked great. Had a great experience, would recommend it to anyone as an adventure.

Hayley and Tom rented our motorhome for a week.  They looked after our motorhome like it was their own, so it only needed the standard clean and checks on return.  Their "Plan A" of going to a festival was scuppered because of its cancellation, but we were grateful that they retained the booking and made alternative plans which they enjoyed very much.  We hope to see them again next year and maybe they can get to the festival!
