Absolutely UNREAL. These legends will go above and beyond to help out if anything, and I mean anything goes wrong! Unreal tips, great campers but most of all unreal, reliable customer service and support when you’re out in mallorca and don’t know a thing about the place! Can’t recommend these guys enough. Will definitely return and will be suggesting this exact owner to my buddies 🤙🏽 ⛰️ 🌊 ☀️ Thanks for the amazing trip.

From the get go we were welcomed and greeted with a great attitude. We got picked up from the train station to the van hire location and spoke the entire drive getting to know each other. We then got a full detailed break down of everything required and more for the van and added the portable toilet on the day as we thought it would be a good extra to have just in case, Claudio was very flexible with extras and add ons which was fantastic. After detailing the car from top to bottom we set off to explore the Dolomites for 10 days! Exchanging a few messages on the way regarding the car we were responded to swiftly with any questions we had, no matter how big or small Claudio answered us immediately which is the best thing you could ask for. We arrived back after 10 days with 0 problems with the car and nothing but the best time we could have had. All in all it was top tier experience with the car and the owner, went up and beyond to do anything and be as helpful as possible and we appreciated every step of the way. You won’t be disappointed with the service you will receive from hiring from Claudio. Much appreciation from 2 Aussies!

We found the pick up location really easy, could get the tram/bus from Nantes if you didn’t want to take taxi. Good run through of how the camper works and where everything is. I cannot speak French and we were able to communicate rather seamlessly! Lots of space, chairs and tables were handy and there was also a BBQ included. Car wash and refuelling only 5mins away from drop off too which made that simple. Would definitely hire again

Nico was great. He kept in communication with us before during and after. The vehicle was great to drive and sleep in. I'm very tall so was worried I wouldn't fit but was plenty of space.

Our hire experience with Giada was excellent. She delivered the campervan to us at the venue we were staying at and collected it again. She showed us how everything worked and was easily contactable if we had any questions during our stay. She also supplied clean bedding and towels for our time there. Couldn't have been easier and more comfortable.

We hired the van for 2 weeks. It was great to drive and comfortable to sleep in. It was very clean and well kept with plenty of equipment. We stopped in a mixture of aires and camp sites. The van is self sufficient and ideal for our stops at aires. The owner was very helpful and explained everything before we set off.

The van was amazing and so easy to use and the owners were so lovely and helpful. I am english and they spoke french but using Google Translate we managed to understand eachother and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish driving the van around the Pyrenees for 1 week

Would highly recommend! Raquel and his team went above and beyond in even picking us up at the airport, dropping us off at the bus station. The campervan was very comfortable to drive and sleep in. Really tidy and clean. The rooftop tent is great and very easy to use. Could not recommend more.

Celia' and her Husband were incredibly supportive and prompt in responding to all our messages, and they were excited to ensure our trip was a success—which it indeed was. The campervan, while not the newest, was perfectly suitable for my wife, daughter, and me. We found it clean and in very good condition. Everything functioned as expected, and the basic amenities included in the rental were satisfactory (without any hidden fees). We brought numerous extras such as artificial grass for the exterior, fairy lights, a barbecue, additional tables, games, bicycles, etc. The van handled well on the road without any troubles at all. We would be pleased to rent from them again soon. Thank you for everything.

Collection of the campervan was easy and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The van was in excellent condition with a high specification and well equipped. The awning and outside furniture was put to full use. The bed was extremely comfortable.

From start to finish, communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. The van was perfectly prepared — clean, cosy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. It’s not my first time renting on Yescapa — I’ve had newer vans, I’ve had bigger ones — but this was the first time everything was so thoughtfully organised. It felt like it was made just for me. We just got back from the most unforgettable camper van trip from Lisbon and down along the southern coast of Portugal - and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. From start to finish, it was a 10/10 experience.Our host Pedro just made everything super genuine and smooth. All the way through he was friendly, humble and responsive. He made everything feel easy - from the booking to the handoff, he was clear, relaxed and gave us all the info we needed without overcomplicating anything. You could tell he really cared about making sure we had a great trip.The van itself had everything we could’ve asked for: a comfy bed (slept like a rock), a little kitchen with a gas stove, a toilet and shower, great sound system and small windows (one in the back and one on the side), so we could fall asleep and wake up to insane views. Plus, it was a smooth drive the van whole way without any issues.Pedro also gave us amazing food tips and personal recommendations for spots along the coast (the spots he goes to himself). Some of the places we parked up for the night were honestly unreal. Waking up with the ocean right outside the door is something we won’t forget anytime soon.If you’re thinking about doing a camper van trip in Portugal, we’d 100% recommend going with Van Captain. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

MJ and his very nice wife and the 2 nice boys rented our beloved Dolly for a period to explore the Algarve coast. They treated Dolly very nice and we can recommend them to any owner here on Yescapa. They are ver reliable and nice clients.
