We rented the campervan for one week and had a great experience. The van is well equipped and easy to drive. Everything worked fine and was comfortable and cozy. The fridge is big enough to keep food for a few days, and there is also plenty of storage.  The owners were very lovely and a pleasure to deal with, they sent us all necessary information before we arrived and were always at hand and quick to respond. We would 100% recommend!

Excellent experience! Roberta and Francesco were very kind and quick to communicate. Van was clean and functional, great condition for a 25 year old van.

The trip was awesome. Our hosts were very flexible, courteous and kind. The vehicle was 10/10. I highly recommend this van for new EU drivers. It's automatic transmission, easy to see around you and to eat, sleep and travel in one place saves tons of money.  Plus it has bathroom and shower! It's also small enough (6m) to park in most standard stalls in EU. Excellent choice for 2 ppl, plenty of speed to pass slow movers on the motorway, cruises nicely in small villages. Isabelle and her Husband are just so kind, we hope the come to visit next time they are in US! Eugene and Ashley

Yeray and his family helped me through the rental process. They were communicative, responsive and very warm. They didn't cause any problems during the rental or the return, and even went out of their way to suggest a few places.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience while renting out this van. Without any of our wrongdoing the heating stopped working half way through our trip, causing us cold nights for the remaining time we had the van. When we returned it we were forced to pay for the repair although we argued that we hadn't touched the appliance and that it must have been installed poorly. We received numerous calls and text messages from the owner pressuring us to pay for the bill - this felt very stressful and rude and was a very unfortunate experience overall.   We have since retained some of our money back as Yescapa agreed with our view when making our case. I would warn future renters to be aware of the poor installation of the heating device in the van because if it happens again (and it will) then you will be the one having to pay for it.

Pedro was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any queries before and during the trip. I was on my own with two kidds so I had to remember everything to do with the vehcile. Pedro gave a super detailed briefing on pick up and was available to answer questions throughout the trip if I'd forgotten.  On the first day of collecting the van, there were a couple of hiccups with the engine but Pedro's mechanics were very swift to help me out wherever I was and there were no further problems for the remaining 12 days. I note that the van had just been in the mechanics for a week having a new gearbox installed (which was very smooth I must add) so this may have caused a couple loose wires - but they were quickly dealt with. The van is in really nice condition given the age and drove well. It has everything you need pretty much (would've been useful to have GPS built in or a holder for your phone near the driver seat - MEO offer a SIM with  unlimited data for 15 days for 20 Euros which worked well for me). There is plenty of space for storage and Pedro offered to hold my suitcases so it didn't take up valuable space during our trip.  The bed above the front seats is nifty and very comfortable - my kids slept there with no issue. I slept on the sofa at the back which was a little less comfortable but absolutely fine.  It was so handy to have a toilet, sink and kitchen when having kids with me. The electrics lasted quite a while (a day or so) when we were not hooked up at a campsite, but only if the sun was not in a shaded area. Overall, a really good experience and I would hire this motorhome from Pedro again.

Overall we had a good experience, the van was super cozy and clean. The only way it surprised us was after some trying mountain roads we lost the steering power in the wheel, so it was quite challenging for me to park but Míriam was super helpful and considerate about it! So overall 100% recommend! Thank you for everything 🙏🏼🌈

José did everything possible to provide us with a great experience. He gave us tips about the surroundings, was always ready to answer any question and was generally very easy to communicate with. The van itself is just as in the pictures. Regardless of its age, it felt very reliable and it has all you need for a perfect trip. The solar panel is absolutely fantastic as it powers the cooler and let us charge our phones/powerbanks, as there is definitely no lack of sun in Portugal ;-) The bed was super comfortable and the blankets warm enough for our trip in April. The pick up point is in Castro Verde, which you can reach by bus (rede expressos) from Faro. It takes about two hours and the bus runs twice a day.

Fab van to hire! Erik was brilliant at communication and helped us with how to work everything in the van on collection.
