Le contrat d’assurance inclus dans la location comprend : - Une assurance responsabilité civile automobile, pour couvrir tous les dommages causés par les conducteurs mentionnés sur le contrat : Dommages aux tiers : immeubles, biens, personnes… / Dommages aux passagers du véhicule / Garantie personnelle conducteur - Une assurance dommages tous risques, vol et l’incendie, catastrophes naturelles, et actes de vandalisme pour couvrir les dommages causés au véhicule loué. En cas de responsabilité totale ou partielle du locataire, cette assurance comporte une franchise de 2000€, couverte par la caution du locataire • Cette franchise peut être réduite jusqu’à 300€ en souscrivant aux options assurance pack Gold ou Platine • La franchise s’applique totalement ou partiellement, selon la part de responsabilité du conducteur • La franchise s’applique pour chaque évènement. Plusieurs franchises sont donc applicables en cas de sinistres non concomitants - Une assurance contre les bris de glace, optiques de phares, et les dommages aux pneumatiques. Cette assurance comporte une franchise de 300€, couverte par le dépôt de garantie du locataire. Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the next steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.
