Filipe's Coachbuilt motorhome

Hello!

This is Capuchinho, a Fiat with a Trigano Roller Team cell, a Capucino-style motorhome with a 2.3 diesel engine and 130hp, which gives it the power you need to explore at will! It has 5 seat belts, a reversing camera (always on, which also serves as a rearview mirror) and parking sensors to help you to the fullest. The two front seats rotate and have armrests for a more comfortable journey, GPS with the possibility of connecting your mobile phone, or if you prefer to use Google Maps/Waze, and mobile phone chargers for the cigarette lighter (12v).

Capuchinho is 6.90 metres long (with the bike rack closed), 3.20 metres high and 2.90 metres wide. We have a fenced, secure (padlocked) and monitored (camera) plot of land available so that you can leave your vehicle as safe as possible while enjoying our Capuchinho

The kitchen is equipped with:
• Large fridge with freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, extractor fan, sink and countertop so that you can prepare your meals.

It is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils and also hás a coffee machine.

The bathroom has a separate shower, floor mats, toilet tiles and a set of bath towels! It also has general cleaning products if necessary.

As for resting, the Capuchinho has a very spacious double bed above the driver and passenger seats (capuchin), 2 bunk beds (more suitable for children) in the back of the motorhome, 1 dining table that can be converted into a double bed and also has bed linen so you don’t have to worry about that.

We also have a television with DTT channels (main national channels), with the option of leaving a device so that, with its internet, you can watch Netflix or watch videos on YouTube.

In terms of energy, the motorhome has 1 solar panel and 1 battery, which is enough for you to spend a few days without having to connect the motorhome to 220v. With this, we have 12v energy to charge mobile phones, ambient lights, water pump and cell heating (boiler) and we also have 1 inverter so that you can use the 220v current (you can only connect 1 device at a time). If you need to connect the motorhome at a campsite or ASA, we also have the necessary adapters and extensions available for this.

The rental price also includes gas so you can use the stove and oven as much as you want.

Outside, we have an awning, table and benches for 6 people, a rack for 3 bicycles (we only have 2 bicycles available for rent), a hose to fill the clean water tank, a tool kit, grill, grates and a set of utensils for using when grilling.

If you don’t want bed linen or towels, you can always ask us to remove them from the motorhome and if you need them, we also have a child seat available.

Pets are not allowed!

At check-in, the motorhome will be delivered clean and sanitized, with the clean water tank full, the dirty water tank empty, the toilet cassette empty and clean, and the fuel tank full!

At check-out, it must be returned in the same condition, otherwise we will proceed with the following fines:
• Toilet cassette not cleaned = €50
• Dirty water tanks not emptied = €40
• Rubbish bins not cleaned and empty = €30
• Interior not cleaned = €30
• Exterior not cleaned = €20
• Fuel tank not full = Cost to fill + €20 fine
Note: There is a motorhome service station 11 kilometers from the drop-off location, where you can empty the rubbish bins, dirty water, the toilet cassette and clean the interior of the motorhome.
You must return the Motorhome within the agreed time, otherwise you may be required to pay a new daily rate, as per Yescapa’s contractual policy.

€800 deposit paid at check-in by direct transfer or cash, €650 will be returned at check-out (if there is any damage, the deposit will be retained until the damage is assessed) and the remaining €150 will be retained for payment of tolls and SCUTS (class 2), when everything is resolved, the remaining money will be returned to the renter. (Motorhome equipped with via verde)

The renter is responsible for paying tolls, fines or damages caused during the rental. (Their details will be saved so that they can be identified in case any fines appear on the rental days)
