    More than 30 days before departure, you will be refunded 95% of the cost of the rental excluding insurance and service charges.

    Less than 30 days before departure, no refund is possible, and the full amount of the transaction is due.

Flexible cancellation due to the reason force majeure

If you are unable to travel due to force majeure, you can benefit from special cancellation conditions. Which allows you to postpone your trip at no cost.

The amount of your cancelled reservation will be transferred to a rental credit allowing you to reserve the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner), on the dates of your choice.

David et Stéphanie... Avec Anyssa, Olivia et Marwan... La BOUZSTAPFAMILY!!! Nous avons commencé par louer un camping-car et nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce style de voyage... tant en Belgique qu'à l'étranger... tant en week-end qu'en vacances scolaires.... Nous avons donc sauté le pas en 2020 d'acheter le nôtre, avec une disposition de couchages de rêve pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Pas de déménagement le soir pour mettre les lits en place, ils sont permanents et permettent donc aux enfants de s'isoler dans leur chambre quand ils en ont marre de voir nos têtes :-p Nos voyages en images sur notre page Facebook "cc bouzstapfamily"... N'hésitez pas à aller jeter un coup d'oeil pour avoir des idées :-)
