    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Bienvenue dans notre univers 🚐❤️ Nous sommes une famille de 4, avec nos deux enfants de 14 et 11 ans, et nous aimons profiter des plaisirs simples de la vie : partir quelques jours, découvrir de nouveaux endroits, prendre le temps de vivre et partager de beaux moments en famille. Ce camping-car est notre 3ᵉ véhicule de loisirs. Habitués à ce type de voyage, nous savons à quel point il est important de disposer d’un véhicule agréable, propre, bien entretenu et dans lequel on se sent immédiatement bien. Nous sommes non-fumeurs et non-vapoteurs, et nous n’avons pas d’animaux. Surtout, nous sommes particulièrement soigneux et respectueux de notre matériel. Notre camping-car est entretenu avec attention et nous souhaitons qu’il soit rendu dans le même état que celui dans lequel nous vous le confions. En choisissant de le louer, nous souhaitons avant tout permettre à d’autres familles ou voyageurs de profiter eux aussi de cette belle façon de voyager. 🌿☀️ Nous accordons beaucoup d’importance à l’accueil et à l’accompagnement.
