    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Flexible European Road Trip in an Off-Grid Motorhome (Max 2 Guests) – You suggest the route, and if I like it, let's go!!

Description: Want to experience a European motorhome road trip without the stress of driving a large vehicle, navigating tight streets, or managing campsite logistics? Let's co-create the perfect journey. I am the owner of this comfortable semi-integrated motorhome, and I am looking for a maximum of 2 travel companions to explore new destinations together by mutual agreement.

How it works:

  • Duration: Trips require a minimum stay of 1 week (7 nights) to ensure we can enjoy the journey without rushing.

  • Option A: You join one of my pre-planned scenic routes around Europe.

  • Option B: You suggest the destination or region you’ve always wanted to visit. If it fits my travel interests and I haven't done it recently, we will design the itinerary together! I reserve the right to decline routes that do not align with the trip's philosophy.

House rules: To ensure maximum cleanliness and an allergen-free environment, pets are not allowed.

Trip expenses: The base price covers the use of the motorhome, my driving, and vehicle insurance. All variable road expenses (diesel, highway tolls, and campsite/RV park fees, if any) will be tracked and split on the go during the trip using a shared app. Total transparency based on real-time receipts!
