Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Notre camping-car est récent et nous en prenons particulièrement soin. Nous recherchons donc des locataires sérieux, soigneux et respectueux, qui en prendront soin comme du leur.

La location est réservée aux personnes ayant déjà une expérience du camping-carisme. Nous ne souhaitons pas louer le véhicule pour une première expérience.

🐾 Animaux non acceptés, afin de préserver l’hygiène et l’intérieur du véhicule.

🕐 Départ & retour

Prévoyez environ 1h30 pour la prise en main au départ et 1h30 pour le retour. Nous prenons le temps de vous expliquer le fonctionnement du véhicule et de faire ensemble les vérifications nécessaires.

Les départs et retours se font uniquement en journée.

🚗 Votre véhicule peut rester stationné sur place pendant votre séjour, dans un espace prévu à cet effet.

Notre objectif est simple : vous permettre de partir l’esprit tranquille et de profiter pleinement de votre voyage, tout en ayant la certitude que notre camping-car est entre de bonnes mains.
