Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Il est entretenu avec soin, parfaitement propre et entièrement équipé pour 4 personnes pour vous offrir un séjour confortable. C’est le plus souvent mon fils Alexandre qui vous accueillera lors de la remise des clés. Il prendra le temps de vous présenter le véhicule, de vous expliquer son fonctionnement et de répondre à toutes vos questions avant votre départ. Nous sommes disponibles tout au long de votre séjour en cas de besoin et nous vous remercions de prendre soin du camping-car comme s’il était le vôtre.
