Roadside assistance

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Mathilde's campervan description

Es una furgo camper Fiat Doblo 5 plazas con cinturones, muy espaciosa y cómoda con muy buena visibilidad como conductor. Tiene 2 USB para cargar el teléfono, un soporte GPS. No tiene música, llevar altavoz.

Está camperizada de forma común con 3 compartimentos, el alquiler incluye todo lo que indico aquí:

  • Cajón cocina con camping gas, cafetera, vasos, vajilla, cubiertos, cuchullo, tabla de cortar, espacio para utensilios, sarten, olla, pequeño cubo que hace de pica.

  • Cajón con un bidón de agua de 10L, una caja donde se puede organizar la comida que se lleva (no incluye comida)

  • Un compartimento en el medio donde van sillas, un toldo para hacer sombra que se puede atar con cuerdas, una hamaca, las cadenas para la nieve. Debajo del colchón está la mesa.

  • La cama es muy fácil de abrir y el colchón muy cómodo, con 3cm de visco + espuma densidad 30. Es de 120 x 180cm se duerme genial con 2 personas

No incluye: comida, aceite, sal etc... ni sábanas o almohadas. Eso lo tenéis que traer vosotros.

El coche es diesel, no consume mucho.

Se pide dejarlo en condiciones y LIMPIO al devolverlo, cuidar de las cosas, avisar si se ha roto algo.
