    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

What you should be aware of:

The vehicle is 3 meters high and 7.5 meters long, which you should take into consideration when driving, as the rear can be quite bumpy.

The van comes with an electronic toll system device (Via Verde identifier).

Leaving the country is not permitted.

The deposit:

Payment is made in cash (Euros), bank transfer (must be in the account before starting), or via MBWAY.

Refund of the deposit:

The deposit is refunded one week after check-out, deducting tolls and any damage caused, after a technical inspection.

The tank will be full and must be returned full (confirmed with the receipt from the nearest gas station, otherwise there is a €250 fee).

ATTENTION, wild camping is not permitted in Portugal.
