    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

Florent et Amandine et notre petite fille Pia. Nous adorons voyager et avons fait le choix d'arrêter de prendre l'avion d'où l'achat de notre van afin de découvrir les beaux paysages de France et d'Europe avec notre van ! Travaillant dans le secteur du spectacle nous partons souvent sur des chantiers (festivals) pour plusieurs jours / semaines. Il nous sert donc également dans le cadre de notre travail. Et notre travail étant très "intermittent" et last minute nous adorons pouvoir "sauter" dans notre van dès que 3 jours "off" se présente. Avant de faire cet achat, nous avons loué plusieurs fois sur cette plateforme, nous trouvons la formule sympathique et pratique. Nous préférons le voir rouler et que d'autres couples et famille puissent en profiter également.
