    More than 30 days before departure, 95% of the rental cost, excluding insurance and service fees, will be refunded to you.

  • 30 days before departure

    If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given, and the full amount of the booking will remain payable.

  • Pick-up

Flexible cancellation for force majeure reasons

If you are unable to travel due to a force majeure event, you may benefit from flexible cancellation terms, which allow you to postpone your trip free of charge.

The amount of your cancelled booking will be transferred as a rental credit, allowing you to book the same vehicle (or another vehicle from the same owner) on dates of your choice.

⚠️ Mileage: The unlimited mileage option is only available for rentals of 5 days or more.

🕒 Schedule: Please set your booking times from 9:00 AM for pickup and until 20:00 (8:00 PM) for return. Don't worry, the actual pickup and drop-off times can be completely flexible and adapted to whatever works best for you within those hours!
