Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Nous pourront vous recevoir à partir de 17h.
Avant votre départ il faudra biensur toutes les explications pour pouvoir utiliser le camping car, faut compter 30 minutes.il est possible de stationner votre véhicule pendant votre voyage. 

Les couettes oreillers draps serviettes de toilette et torchons ne sont pas fournis. 
Il y a tout le nécessaire en vaisselles casseroles.

Merci de laisser le camping car propre.Le réservoir sera plein le jour du départ nous demandons qu il soit plein à votre arrivée.
A votre retour un tour du vehicule sera fait en votre présence.
