Roadside assistance

When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture chez nous, elle sera en sécurité. Si vous arrivez de loin par le train ou l'avion nous pouvons venir vous récupérer et vous ramener pour un forfait de 20€.
