Roadside assistance
In the event of vehicle immobilization due to a breakdown or incident, you will be assisted by our roadside assistance partner until the vehicle is repaired or your return journey is arranged. Yescapa will tell you how to contact support and all the steps to follow in your travel documents.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's earnings are kept by our secure, third-party payment provider until the day after your trip start date. So, the owner will welcome you on your trip start date and help you get set up in their vehicle. A few days later, the owner will receive their earnings.

Guaranteed trip
If you are unable to begin your hire due to a vehicle breakdown or for a reason attributable to the owner, our team will offer you alternative vehicles that meet your travel requirements, or you will receive a full refund.

Like all our campers, La Guancha is a well-maintained van. We take great care to keep it in optimal condition, ensuring you can continue exploring new destinations for many years to come.

La Guancha is approved for three people and can sleep two adults and one child with an adapted mattress in the front. It is also a mechanical vehicle, and due to its dimensions, it is extremely easy to drive, even if it's your first time behind the wheel of a van.
